Official Notice

To Administrators of Herus Trading Platform

Hereby, in the name of Queen Carina I:

The management of Herus Trading Platform is notified about breaches of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law on their part. The breached laws are:

1. Point 4.3.4 - Base Operational Regulations:
Bases must be no closer than 10K from any existing Base or Jump Gate, unless Special Permission is granted by the War Cabinet.

2. Point 4.3.5 - Base Modification Protocols:
Station Owners are free to make whatever internal station modifications they see fit, including the construction of Shield Relays, Storage Berths and Factories. Despite this, permission must be sought from the Bretonian Government or the BAF Admiralty Board before the placement of Weapon Platforms, due to the highly dangerous nature of the Structures. Once permission has been granted, the Owners of the Structure may only place up to four (4) Platforms unless given special permission.

Due to the recent attacks on Bretonian modular installations by the Gallic Royal Enclave, the War Cabinet has been purposefully ignoring 4.3.4 in some cases, in order to allow the clustering of modular installations within already established defence perimeters of government forces or contractors. However, Herus Trading Platform is not one of such stations and it was specifically warned to follow 4.3.4 prior to construction. Herus Trading Platform must be moved or deconstructed within one week from the dispatch of this notice. The station may be moved to or reconstructed in the same sector, with the same name and all other features the same, except that it must be at least 10K from the nearest existing station. A second registration will not be necessary and no payment additional to the already provided has to be sent. However, as the responsibility for this breach of law lies solely on the management of Herus Trading Platform, there can be no refund.

The breach of 4.3.5 is considered clear and there is no need to explain it. The weapons platform(s) must not be moved/reconstructed together with the moved/reconstructed station.

Failure to comply will result in the forceful deconstruction of Herus Trading Platform and fines will be imposed on its management.

Have a nice day.

Official Notice

To Administrators of Herus Trading Platform

Hereby, in the name of Queen Carina I:

The management of Herus Trading Platform is notified that the order for deconstruction has been given to the Bretonian law enforcement. Although the management of Herus Trading Platform was generously given another week instead of the stated three days, the management has yet not complied to the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law. Herus Trading Platform may be reconstructed elsewhere in the same sector, but this time in accordance with 4.3.4. No fee will be demanded as the installation will still be considered as registered. However, in order to commence the reconstruction, Herus Trading Platform management must pay a fine for violating 4.3.4 to the same bank account as for the registration fees, of 50,000,000 credits. If the management helps with the deconstruction effort and provides evidence of that, no fine will be demanded.

The deconstruction will start 8 hours from now at the earliest. The management will have at least 8 hours to evacuate Herus Trading Platform and take everything valuable off of the installation.

Have a nice day.
