CAU VIII disappeared after buying - Shimamori - 10-11-2020
As the title says, I tried to buy CAU VIII in Conn which resulted in losing 895 mil credits but the aforesaid armor not appearing in my inventory. Perhaps, this is something to do wit hthe fact that I had CAU VI equipped at that time (I genuinely do not know if this impedes the purchase somehow, seems like I had enough space for it). Anyway, lost money, no CAU VIII for which I farmed missions for quite a while.
Ship: SC-Zuiryu; Time: 14:45 server-side.
I would like to request the GMs to assist me with this. I don't want to spend a lot of time again on missions farming again.
P.S. not sure if I posted in the right place. Pls move if there is a dedicated place for it.

Usually this is caused by (server) lag. The GMs should be willing to help you with such an expensive item.

Thanks for the explanation. I guess, my ping might be also to blame getting stably 300-400.
