I created an account recently and when I search member list I don't see myself there "AxelBurn". It seems like I never got a confirmation email either.

You're definitely activated, you're posting, you show up on the member list, there's a moderation log entry showing your UID being activated at 07:11 yesterday.
Come the thought of it I'm not sure if we send a confirmation email? Some email providers don't process email from us though, might be that.

Okay, I uninstalled discovery, then uninstalled freelancer, then reinstalled freelancer and discovery. I made sure to verify the steps in your how to install discovery freelancer video. When I try to connect I get the exact same issue
loading please wait>>>your connection to the server has been lost either the server you were connected to has crashed....
My ping is 175, so I am starting to think your server log might tell me more.
