Greetings,
My name is Billy Xae, former member of the Vagrant Raiders circa 817A.S. Back in 815A.S. The Outcast Council of Ministers gifted three RM-2A Storta class destroyers to the Vagrant Raiders for use in combat support and defensive deployments. Since they where sold to the Vagrant Raiders these three ships have had the proverbial snot kicked out of them on many occasions, yet they continued to endure and provide valuable support to the Vagrant Raiders and her allies. Unfortunately The Nightmare, one of the cruisers was lost with all hands at the end of 817A.S., and left to drift in the Barrier Gate Nebula. After a search operation I was able to locate the hull, and after quite a few discussions with both members of the Junkers Congress and the Natio Octavarium, I have started the process of salvaging and rebuilding her.
Now The Vagrant Raiders and the Outcasts have had a long and storied history together as Allies, between the smuggling of Cardamine into Liberty and support of Outcast and Outcast allied groups. However things have changed, with the Vagrant Raiders changing into the semi-lawful Natio Octavarium. As a result, this brings about a few...problems politically. After discussions with the Natio Octavarium, they have no interest in bringing the Nightmare under their umbrella due to lack of resources and the obvious Crayter Republic thorn in their sides. To that end, the Natio Octavarium has given me full rights to the Nightmare, its ultimately my ship (and my responsibility) now.
Now, I do not wish to ask that you honor a deal made twelve years ago by parties that are either dead, retired, or frankly out of the picture. What I would like is to negotiate a new deal, one where I am allowed to continue operating the Nightmare with the blessing of your organization. I Intend to continue the work that the Vagrant Raiders once did with their warship assets, supporting Malta's allies with heavy fire support. If you'd prefer to have this discussion in person I am more than happy to take a shuttle to Malta.

I'm sure you've heard of Operation: ORANGE HAMMER. We have good reasons to believe that Liberty might decide to expand into the Taus, in an effort to help their Crayterian allies.
I assume you are a resourceful person, so my offer is this: report back whatever intelligence you find on Crayter, and Libertorian military elements in Tau-44, Tau-23, and Tau-31.
Group positions, compositions, whatever solid intel you can gather.
Report your findings here. Of course, don't forget to register your vessel(s) here prior.
Do this for us, and we'll have a deal.

Marshal Amelia,
I left out any specific propositions to see what your response would be. That being said, your terms are more than adequate, and I see no issues abiding by them.
Regarding Operation Orange Hammer. We will need to confirm all of our systems are operational and functioning nominally before we move to far from our current berth at Vieques Shipyard. However, Once the Nightmare has her systems all checked out we will move towards the Tau region. With your permission I'd like to extend this to the system of Coronado as well, given the Navy activity in the sector and usage as a corridor for smuggling. Additionally, the added financial benefit of interfering with Crayter and Libertonian plans make this even sweeter of a deal, and should cover the cost of operating the Nightmare.
I look forward to working with Malta's pilots and Hispania Imperial.

Malta is aware of the Liberty Navy's Interdictor and its escorts in Coronado, I've personally had the pleasure to see them myself during a few raids in the system against Crayter forces. Nevertheless, if you wish to gather useful intel in Coronado, then so be it.
I'd also like to mention that we don't need you to gather intel on the Nightmare. Someone like you should have one or two spare fighter-class vessels somewhere ready to be used. We suggest you don't attract too much attention by performing reconnaisance with the Nightmare, but that's up to you.
