my name is Dr. Richard Batsbak.
I am the lead Scientist on the Deep Space Research and Stealth Reconnaissance Carrier "Normandy".
Otherwise known as DSR-"Normandy"-SR1.

Our Main laboratory is on Manhattan.
Therefore i am looking into getting a license to carry the following goods within Liberty :

  1. Artifacts
  2. Nomad Remains
  3. Nomad Materials
  4. Sorted Artifacts
  5. Xeno Relics

Being able to get this good to my main laboratory would improve my studies very much.
