Video-feed opens up with Miroslav de Gobineau in all his splendor comparable to a very humble and gentle bear is seen sitting in a small and cramped dimly lit office with a cigarette in his lips. There's several holographic screens on his side. There's also cup of hot chocolate and full ashtray on a table nearby. There also was a small picture frame on other side of a table. Several officers, one of whom was Miroslav himself. But those were not Royal officers, more like Conseil one. Miroslav is definetely trying to be calm but it is easy to see his anger and dissapointment.

Bonsoir or more like good evening, honorable politicians of Liberty.

I am Capitaine de Vaisseau Miroslav de Gobineau of Division du Train. The high officer of Confederal Forces Of Gallia.

I am sorry to contact you not because of good but very bad news.

With a swift and quite elegant movement of his hand, Miroslav extinguishes cigarette in ashtray while his other hand does something with holographic keyboard near him.

Let's say that I do understand that Liberty has interest in internal affairs of Gallic state. Need to keep eye on those Kusarian slit-eyed snakes, never know, what kind of treachery they do. But I don't understand, why utilize such apostate amateur idiots who barely can fly any kind of vessel?

But-but, I digress. So, today, on 24th of October, at 16:30 by Universal Transirius Time, we got emergency call that unknown ships were seen in systems of Burgundy and Lorraine. I personally took mine destroyer to investigate the matter. And what a suprise, we had encountered it seems intelligence taskforce of Libertonian origin. I managed to root down the battlecruiser-class vessel and after it's refusal to be taken into custody, we opened fire as part of our military time directives.

The holographic screens lit up with dozen scan reports of Interdictor-class battlecruiser vessel and guncams. After brief moment of looking at the screens with utter disgust, Miroslav sighed and clapped his hands, moving closer to the table.

SO!

This is not first time. I think you already had pleasure to see the total incompetency of your intelligence military branch. I'll forward you the field report of our previous encounter with the same group and the same intelligence branch.

Bonjour messieurs, mesdames!

After an large victory in the Dauphine system from the Kusarian invaders, I was assigned to patrol duty in the Burgundy system before getting radio reports about LSF vessels being in Gallic space, I went immediately near the location of the Bourg-en-Bresse Space Port where I found the Council Battlecruiser Capricorne with fighter escort commanded by the Capitaine Miroslav deGobineau with the squadmate, pilot Violette Beauregard. When I arrived, the agents tried to reason with us that they were here in Gallia to get intelligence on Kusarian fleets, we dismissed them as mere lies by them - after all, them being in the Gallia was very much illegal as well regardless of their situation and their directives.

Liberationan agents tried to bribe us as well with the intelligence they "gathered" - I took it as well as a suggestion that our Gallic Intelligence was incompetent, and thus I stroke them back with words hard. After that, Capitaine deGobineau ordered them to surrender as a last warning which they denied doing so through their actions, following that - pilot Violette Beauregard was given permission to engage the hostile crafts while I was left behind for some reason without authorization to shoot the other ship, which escaped with a cloaking device on it's ship, while other one burned in the atmosphere of the Tonnerre gas giant, as our scanner and radar reported, of course, it may as well had survived but, however we are mostly sure it's down.

Afterwards, we tried to track down where the last agent which escaped - after searching the whole system we found nothing, however we had reports of the strange contacts in Ile De France, Orleanis and Picardy but those were dismissed as unlawful activity which our Police force handled over the course of few minutes.

I will attach everything that I gathered, from guncams, to logs.

Sincèrement

Marine Nationale Gauloise, Enseigne de Vaisseau Thomas Majewski.

We have a very serious diplomatic incident here. First time it was just small recon group but today - it was something far more serious. And I have only one question:

What will you do with this?

I am not a diplomat, I am officer in the navy. If you want to cooperate - then cooperate first and send ships afterwards, not the other way. Now, tell us, what is exact purpose of this charade? You don't have control over agency on your payroll? Or is there any deeper meaning behind this?

Sincèrement

Division du Train de La Marine Nationale Gauloise, Capitaine de Vaisseau Miroslav de Gobineau.
