Guten Tag Soldaten,

We are in the middle of a civil war, and we don't have just the federalists as our problem, we also have the long-known Corsairs, which organize more and more raids. Since the last accounting, we have lost and at the same time gained more. It is time to make sure we are properly organized to keep up a good shape. We are the Military, Rheinland's pride, after all.
