Greetings comrades. My name Gregor Tykovkin I new elected Coalition Premier.

I record this message to contact Colonel Ryan O'Healy, or other authorised person who can talk from name of Dublin Revolution Army.

All information about your goals we know from news I hope all infromation in "Dublin Free State Declaration" is correct.
From the little dialogue that took place between you and one of our comrades, I hope I realized correctly that you still intend to fight against the Bretonians and that your main goal is to make Dublin an independent Republic. If possible, I would like to receive more information about you from you.

If my knowledge and information I have are correct, then I dare to admit that you made the right decision to start your journey from Dublin, where the difficult path of your brothers and sisters began in the war for their rights and freedom.

So its a bit late but I still want as representative of Coalition congratulate you on the creation of Dublin Republic. I hope that your goals will be achieved, as well as that you can become the force that will unite the Molly peoples in their fight for the future.

Also, although it is difficult to admit, in the past, the Coalition, although to a lesser degree than the government of Bretonia, nevertheless promoted its own line of policy that could harm the future of Molly people. And is still possibly causing harm of the Molly people due big influence and dependence from Coalition.

Of course, this does not mean that we will fully abandon you. You still our comrades and if you will ask we will help you but now I want talk about another things.

The previous government chose to completely ignore you, probably assuming that at some point you, like other cells that were before you, would disintegrate and expected a more loyal representative from your people to appear in future. Which, in my opinion, is unacceptable.

So I propose that you hold a joint conference to jointly build a new policy of our relationship we can make agrement by meeting at Molly, Zoners or Coalition base for your choise or make all without personal meetings by discussing everything through recorded messages, I think in this case that we can make everything even more comfortable, since each side will have enough time to think about answers and suggestions.

Our main topics that I would like to discuss:
  • Safe corridor which Coalition ships can use to go through Dublin towards the Tau regions.
  • Tayport Extension destiny because without safe corridor in Dublin is hard to supply this base because way through New London is more dangerous.
  • Recognition Dublin Republic by the Coalition.
  • Recognition Dublin Republic as legal representatives of the Mollys people by the Coalition.
  • Recognition Coalition influence and interests at Omega-49 by Dublin Republic.
  • Dialogue about future borders expansion of the Dublin Republic to avoid possible conflicts.
  • Help from Coalition in create Mollys battlecruiser prototype.
Additional topics for discussion may arise in the future, but at the moment these are the main issues that we would like to solve.

That's alI, hope we gonna find compromise.

Premier Minister Tykovkin, what a pleasure to hear you did not forget about your "allies" yet. I am Colonel Anthony MacReady, the leader of the Dublin Republican Army and de-facto leader of the Dublin Republic entire.

First of all – we are not Dublin Revolutionary Army, we are the Dublin Republic with its army and civilian structures. Your lack of knowledge is forgiven for the first time – being a freshly appointed premier to the entire state must be stressful. However, your mistake should not be repeated, if you expect to have a peaceful dialogue with us.

Secondly – your congratulations are late. Your attempts to manipulate us to follow the goals, profitable for the Coalition, is not appreciated. We are well aware of what we have to do to achieve our goals. Do not make yourself look like the greatest ally of the movement and the Republic, in particular, this doesn't make you any favour in my eyes.

Thirdly – if there is a difference between you and the former government, then the dialogue is possible, yet, you will follow our terms if you respect the Republic and the Mollys in general. Still yet, good to hear you do not expect the fortune to make you a favour and destroy the Dublin Republic for various reasons.

The meeting is possible, yet, it should happen on Gran Canaria in a neutral zone, with minimal presence of military from both the Republic and the Coalition sides. If you are way too occupied on your yet cold chair, I can make you a favour, and we proceed in online mode, but meeting face to face is much more exciting. Do you agree?

Greetings, Colonel MacReady.

Yes I will meet you or any other person who you will send to Gran Canaria to talk about if my "manipulate attempts" will make the whole situation better for us both or worse.

I have already ordered my people to find an intact building because after the Bretonian regime before leave destroys or takes all that they want from Gran Canaria it's a bad choice if you want luxury, so just say which day for meeting you prefer.

'Comrade' I've been on Gran Canaria, but the commies didn't bother to appear for the meeting. I think, if you were interested in negotiations with us, you would do it as has to be. Were busy after poisoning with vodka? Happens. However, we didn't like it and here's the answer from the boys:

Your attempt to "impose" friendship (or should we say "comradeship") is another proof of your pseudo-caring expansionist policy trying to bring Mollys under your heel again. Well, you can try no more, because you can just f*ck off since now and forever. Stay away from Dublin and any of our stations. You have one month to remove Tayport from Mull, or we will blow it up.

Greetings, Colonel MacReady.

Your message very surprised me.

I hope you still have my message when I ask you: which day for meeting you prefer.

So I don't know where and why you flew to Gran Canaria not saying any word about the meeting date.

I do not want to belittle you or your work, but I cannot sit around the clock in Gran Canaria waiting for your visit while your main zone of work its Bretonnia we work in whole Sirius.

Since as you already say I hope without sarcasm: "freshly appointed premier" and that it: "stressful work" I hope you can imagine how much paperwork I have and how much old documents I need read to understand where and why we have fleets, bases, settlements or just envoys and on what we spent our resources.

My peoples found an old farm in a neutral zone and build communication devices, a defense perimeter, and other stuff to make diplomating meeting comfortable and safe on the first day after you agreed to meet me at Gran Canaria.

So I hope you will agree that we have here some miscommunication and still you will find time to make a civilised conversation.

Oh, Premier Minister, what a pleasure. I almost thought you've forgotten about us. However, seems like you're trying to blame us for your fails, just like before you did. Thank you for your humble, but indeed an important opinion. We are much honoured. Let's say so, it's very simple to imagine how you do enjoy all the paperwork while people you sending to our borders dying, trying to breach them off. Please, don't do this because it makes us only angrier.

However, while you have been thinking, we found a way to increase your brain capacities and make a decision faster. One of your shiny space submarines, the CPW Svaty Vaclav, was spotted way too close to Dublin. The Captain told us he was chasing the Gauls but since none were caught around we didn't believe him. So, he tried to escape from our patrol cruiser but, unfortunately for you, failed. Right now, the ship is quite damaged, and its reactor losing stability with every second wasted, but we can help the crew to fix it. Or we can cease their suffering by direct hit of double Mortar salvo. Up to you. I hope you are intrigued now. Even if you not - you will answer our questions or we will finish their suffers before they die from poisoning with gas or lack of oxygen.

And here comes the first question! What do you want from Mollys, and what can you offer in return? Speak fast and simple.

Colonel...

If you have questions you can just ask. No need to show aggression or extort answers from me by using lives.

The Coalition's main interest in Dublin its corridor which Coalition ships can use to go through Dublin towards the Tau regions, secondary interest its corridors to other Bretonian systems which will give us have more points from where we can attack Bretonians fleets.

Tayport Extension is hard to reach even if we can use Dublin so I have few variants that maybe you will find interesting:
  • We can just disassemble it.
  • We can also leave everything as it is and discuss a new purpose for this base.
  • We can make together a reconstruction of Mull Base to make sure that base can easily complete each Tayport task so it will be no more sense in our extension. Maybe we can build a big fortress but this variant needs a more detailed discussion.

I offer official recognition for you from the Coalition to confirm your independent policy and the priority of your decisions in matters concerning Bretonia, while questions about the fate of Omega-49 will be decided jointly, taking into account the interests of all parties.
Or just:
  • The recognition of the Dublin Republic by the Coalition.
  • The recognition of Dublin Republic as legal representatives of Molly's people by the Coalition.

If we gonna know at least approximately what plans you have, we could, at your request, help in fights or assist in the capture, destruction or temporary disabling of the infrastructure of Bretonnia, concentrate our attack at another object to draw back some of the Brets forces from the region where you will conduct your operations to or stand aside so as not to disrupt your plans.

I can offer assistance from our industry in building both military and civil ships for you. And most importantly, I am ready to offer you our engineers and scientists help in developing at least a prototype battle cruiser to strengthen your fleet or send you some of our ships.

If you want to ask why I am ready to help increase your military power its because:
  • You will be able to actively give damage to the Crown on your own without involving Coalition capital fleet so it will give you more options and will decrease dependence on allied support.
  • It too will sound egoistic but a strong Molly's government with a strong fleet will create a shield for the Omega sector against possible invasion in the future by Bretonnia or\and its allies, of course, this does not mean that we will leave everything to you. We will also participate in the defense of your facilities, trade routes, etc. at your request.
  • We have information that Bretonia is gathering a fleet to try to fight the Enclave, and if they win after a while after they lick the wounds, they may try again to attack Gran Canaria or other objects whose safe existence is interesting to you and us.
  • It will allow us to send more forces to fight the Corsairs.

And we can also discuss trade, resource assistance at no cost, increasing the ability to smelt gold on Garvagh, and/or strengthening its defenses to create an even more fortified defensive point from which both your and our fleet can plan their actions to have more freedom in battle planning.

I am also ready to discuss and find a common solution in topics that interest you.

And if you have time to hear me want to say a few words about the latest situations in Omega-49.

First of all, I am really happy that our ship was near the operation area of our command ship Ben Varner so he immediately sends a rescue and engineer team. So seems we can handle the situation but I really hope that it was only a joke about shooting from mortars at our ship who was in an emergency situation by ignoring your attack I hope he doesn't lie to us in his transmission.

About this incident in Omega-49, here all information that I get from the Captain of CPW-Svaty.Vaclav. If you can share with me more information to approve Captain words or refute I would like to get it if possible to avoid misunderstanding.

I can only guess how Enclave ships enter Omega-49 and what they need here but seems it somehow related to their work with Auxesians or not. About trespassing, each Capitan was instructed to avoid Dublin so if you can give us any information about trespassing I will take it with pleasure a chance to show my Field Marshal that he seems cant control hotheads from the army. But with all info that I have now, it looks like the battle with Enclave and Auxesia took place only in Omega-49 near sector E3? I make my suggestions from the planet placement and sun placement please correct me if you have more information. So I am not sure how he was spotted way too close to Dublin. Maybe trying to evade enemy fire while he was in a fight he flies close to Dublin JH? Message from Colonel Ryan O'Healy says as clearly that only Dublin restricted area and nothing about space near JH in Omega-49.

In the last part of the captain's message to us, he says that he has information about your negotiations with the Enclave, and since usually, ships of this class have an enhanced radar installation for correcting the actions of the fleet, it is unlikely that it was a false signal at radar from the previous contact with Enclave. So I don't know why you say that you don't meet Enclave who was located in the Lobos Nebula area in front of you.

This battle was really weird since our ship start fight with 3 enemy ships and even don't send requests for reinforcements to Ben Warner.

That's all for now.

Oh, I see. Now you decide to finally ask us if we are happy to see your capital ships flying in our Dublin. No, we are not and will never be. Your transports may be allowed, but only if they agree to follow our terms. However, there is a question. Why would you spend resources for Taus if you have an enemy to fight here, next to you? Bretonia just recently knocked on your doors, and Corsairs still exist, even if they're a bunch of hairy cannibals. Are you trading with someone from Taus? With who? The Colonial Republic, I suppose? However, let us proceed.

So be it: the Tayport Exterion will be disassembled – your people are allowed to come and perform the procedure. However, you should bring no combat ships except minimal required escort (up to a wing of fighters and one gunship). Our people will handle the protection of yours, and as long as you follow our orders - you will get no harm.

Your recognition gives us nothing. The Coalition is not even a rogue house – you are nothing in comparison to any big players like Gallia, Kusari, Rheinland and the rest. You may have a bit more power than we do, but this does not mean you're above us. Moreover, you offer your help. I guess zoners of Gran Canaria allowed your men to live on the surface, expecting assistance in return. Now the planet is in ruins, and Brets stole even an old docking ring. You did not interfere and stop them, which cause some questions. Moreover, the history with Mehmed Selim is a can of worms you don't really want us to open. The Syndey Accords were literally a betrayal of the Mollys by the Coalition as well. You can blame Selim, but he was not the only one who was there.

Your information is useless to us as well. We can take a look in a window and see the Bretonian fleet in the vicinity of the Hood asteroid field. Of course, the answer to the question where did you get this information is simple: you violated our borders and sneaked into our space. Not very polite of you. Nevertheless, the speed of your answer satisfied me. Therefore, Vaclav's reactor is now stable. You can lick our boots in thanks later. Now - think about offering us something worth and keep your ships away from our space.

Now, let's talk about the Vaclav, 'Gauls', Auxesian and other imaginary friends and enemies of the Coalition. Taking into account former experience with the Coalition, it must be obvious who's a liar. Anyway, the Gauls in Omegas. Yet another mockery over your 'power' or a badly prepared lie to excuse Vaclav's presence near our borders. Well, if a message from O'Healy says about Dublin, only you can contact the mustache guy and tell him how much you're resented. Perhaps, he'll come and slap my ass. Also, if you want to keep the dialogue going on, you better think twice before blaming us for working with the Enclave. Within Dublin, neither you nor they are welcome. Keep it in mind and think carefully about your answer.
