Konnichiwa,

I want to inform you on some of the events in the Sigma Sector.

In the aftermath of our cooperation against Atka Research Center, the Gas Miners Guild has decided to declare the Gen'an Chrysanthemums a hostile organisation and banned us from the Sigmas. They used the terminology: "Gen'an ships found to be in violation of this mandate will be destroyed on sight by the Guild paramilitary.".
We in turn have declared the Gas Miners Guild a hostile organisation and gave our pilots instructions to intercept and destroy GMG targets in Kusari.

You may wonder how this came to be. They seem to be very upset that we supported the Maltese in the attack of the Cryer assets in Sigma-17. I quote: "Sisterhood cargo transports were engaged in a protracted supply effort, entirely apologetically, in support of an active Outcast invasion of Guild space which was claiming the lives of Guildmembers on a daily basis. In addition to this, Sisterhood combat ships, while refraining from directly attacking GMG ships, were engaged in the attempted destruction of third party ships, namely belonging to Cryer Pharmaceuticals, who were working alongside The Guild paramilitary in its efforts to protect its space from attack."

Following this. They demanded that we chose between the Maltese or the GMG and asked us which friendship we valued most. The result of this has been obvious. We have made our choice and we stand with Malta against the Cryer lovers.

There is however 2 things I would like to discuss.

The first is that alot of our technology finds its origin from Malta, but we are currently unable to utilise it at optimal levels. We use Tridente Gunboats, Aspis Battletransports, Rapiers, Wyrms, Dragoons, Krakens, OC Gunboat turrets, OC Cruiser turrets and more that I might have forgotten to mention at this time.
It is safe to say that half of our fleet has Maltese equipment that we are unable to us at optimal efficiency at this time. I would like to request aid from Malta to enable us to use our equipment at 100% efficiency, perhaps by educating our engineers how to service Maltese technology properly.

The second is of a more personal nature and has partly to do with the above assault on Atka. Besides our combat support, the Gen'an cardamine transports have brought in a record profit from hauling 500,929 units cardamine inhaler cardridges to Battlecruiser Tercio.

Deliveries

I would like to request the construction of a Hasta Class Battlecruiser to be used as my command ship. For this, we will use the funds obtained from our assistence during the skirmish in Sigma-17. We are able to bring you the materials you require if this is a problem.

It's been some time since we've spoken and I'm pleased to find that you are well. I appreciate your update on the goings on within the Sigma systems, the Gas Miners Guild hold themselves in high esteem and seem to believe that everyone else is below them, they'll soon learn from their mistakes.

As for your requests, I find it quite surprising that your engineers haven't managed to figure out the ins and outs of our technology by now, you've been using it for so long that i'd have assumed your people would be able to rebuild our weapons in your sleep. Of course, we are more than happy to further your knowledge at no extra cost, your loyalty should be rewarded and I feel this is adequate compensation for your actions til now.

For your secondary request, while we do currently have a Hasta under construction, the Rogue pack from Alcatraz have already expressed an interest in claiming it and I'd not be a woman of my word if i reneged on that deal.

That said, I can probably help you in another way, while we don't have the capacity to pump out several Battlecruisers at a time, there are currently two Storta-class Destroyers currently under construction within our Shipyards that we could likely sell on to your cell, provided this is something that interests you, as with the Rogues, I'll let you know the terms of payment.

Miss Leoz,

We share the same views of the Gas Miners. Their arrogance will be their undoing one day. Their notion of 'Guild space" is affirmation that they believe that they hold territorial claim on the Sigmas. This only isolates them even further from all parties who have a stake in the Sigmas. Soon they will stand alone with only Cryer to aid them. They are turning into a soap bubble with Malta in the north, Rheinland in the south, corsairs in the east, and Kusari in the west.

We really appreciate the Maltese support. We have been using Maltese technology for the past 1.5 years, and our understanding of the technology has improved greatly in the meantime, but we left the delicate repairs to the Maltese engineers. The now defunct IRMM was also reluctant to arm us and part of their agreement to obtain some of their armaments was that only Maltese engineers were allowed to repair them. The OC cruiser turrets currently mounted on the Ise Jingu are even rigged to self-terminate if one of our engineers touch them. I will share the archived transmission with you. A good first start would be that our engineers are able to work on these turrets without risking their lives.

I am fully understanding of that fact that the current battlecruiser in production is assigned to the Rogues and I admire that you do not go back on your word. I am a lady of my word aswell. I am interested in your 2 Storta class destroyers. Let me hear your terms.

I have the added request that we are allowed to use the facilities on one of your shipyards to service them, as we currently do not have shipyard capabilities of our own. I also request that our assigned crews get training on how to properly pilot the Stortas and our engineers training on how to maintain them. This ofcourse can be added to the price of the ships themselves.

They rigged the turrets to explode? How crude, that's no way to treat a friend, bring your vessel to Corsica and we'll ensure an entirely new set without such mechanisms are installed on your vessel. This should give your engineers the ability to tinker as they see fit.

As for the cruisers, I'll afford you the same terms I offered the Rogues. Our Cardamine supply into Liberty was disrupted when the Xenos attacked Rochester Base, a Junker installation that has long been the main distribution depot for the Orange Dream, as such, many of our loyal customers are struggling to find a supply. I need your help to rectify this. We'll require one hundred thousand (100,000) units of Cardamine delivered directly to Rochester - I am aware you do not usually venture into Liberty, but we cannot allow those in need to suffer due to the recklessness of a bunch of backward hillbillies.

Now, I know hauling Cardamine might not be everyones cup of tea so we'll also say that for every GMG vessel you successfully destroy, we'll knock 3000 units off of the total to be delivered. Hispania Imperial will also allow you to claim for these same kills on our bounty board. Lets send them a very clear message.

Miss Leoz,

We shall prepare the Ise Jingu to depart to Corsica at the earliest convinience. It is already due for repairs in any case. The Yugami jump drive puts alot of strain on the ship. It also needs to survey new coordinates of Malta when it arrives, as it tends to drift too much off course.

So 100,000 units of Cardamine, with a 3,000 units reduction for each GMG vessel we manage to destroy. This is something we can work with. We were unaware of the Xeno attacks on Rochester. Ofcourse Xenos have raided our occasional convoy into Liberty, but never thought that they had enough firepower or coordination to disable a Rochester.

I am sorry to inform you that we currently have to delay our promised deliveries to Rochester. The Maltese invasion on the Tau Sector created opportunities that us that we simply could not let go to waste.

Here is the first delivery we made to Rochester before we directed our entire cardamine transportation fleet to the Taus:

At this moment, all our assets are focussed on transporting the pure cardamine towards Tarfalgar in New London, so until they are available again, no further deliveries to Rochester will be made. Likewise, most our operatives have moved to the Tau Sector to secure the cardamine corridor from Crayter pirates and KNF patrols.

We have already disposed of a group of Crayterians who tried to raid our supply line. a Nyx, a gunboat and a bomber

Later, while teamed up with Blue Fury, we also intercepted 3 Crayter ships, a gunboat, cruiser and battlecruiser, departing from Omicron Alpha. We intercepted them in Tau-37. They also fell to our guns.

And before I forget. We were contacted by a group of Maltese calling themselves the Zetas Cartel. They wish to do business with us, but I want to know what their reputation on Malta is. I am painfully aware of the instability of the Maltese political climate and the rebel factions it has brought forth. I just want to check their background before we do business with them.
