Dear Sirs,

My name is Fleet Admiral James Creed of the Liberty Navy 46th Strike Force.

The 46th Strike force is meant to be capable of autonomous operations, therefore includes a logistical wing under the ARMOUR protocol

We would just like to inform you that we wish to pay some extensive visits to Bretonian territory for supplies that we need for our Headquarters in New York with our Bison transports.
I have been reliably informed that all branches of the Liberty Navy have had permission granted to enter your territory, and our visits will include fighter escorts for the protection of these Bison vessels.

The reason we need to enter your territory, is because we will be manufacturing equipment for our own vessels to use, and certain items we need will mean we have to travel out of Liberty in order to collect these.

I am hoping that this meets with your approval and it means we can get our supplies.

This may also be a good way for us to inform of any attacks that occur during our convoys and we will also be able to help bring these hostiles to justice if needed and make sure they are turned over to you immediately.
