In the scaffolds - RedEclipse - 11-26-2020
Gordon was sick and tired. He was attuned to lead scaffold works over the Kadesh Orbital, and currently he had not much to do as logistics have expected first shipments to come a day ago, but due to raised activity of the Nomads in region of Delta jumphole, crew of the transports had decided to stop on the halfway, so the works on the colony were halted. Only left to wait till the situation resolves itself… . Gordon was raised in Canaria and had a difficult past, little was known about him, as he didn't like to talk much about his past. Once he was appointed to Freeport 11 as engineer, he and crew of the ship had been caught by Corsairs and under gun work for the bright future of Crete for 5 years, later he with several lucky prisoners were acquired by fellow Zoners, known as Phoenix. He was feeling himself in immeasurable debt and wanted to return the favor.
He get up from the console, on the desk were first sketches of planned scaffold, although it was more a test work, that how he killed most of time. He didn't knew what would to expect from Trade department, as majority of them were occupied with growing great business of Delta Mining Corporation installation, a new hope of funding Phoenix operations in such remote region, so most of transports were occupied with iridium shipments. He enteraces a vast room with darkened lights, most of light was coming outside - opposite side was transparent, and currently it opened a stunning and glimpse grand vista of Omicron Zeta - its asteroid belt, sun. Views absolutely stunning, but way to his new home is way too dangerous for tourist liners altohugh Gordon already get used used to that. He yawned and went through the vast room to the bartender "Goblet of gluhwein, please". As the drink was ready, he headed to favorite table, a place he used to, quite far from most loud parts, but with the sight of Zeta sun. He began drinking and relaxed, awaiting his new friend to come any time. Gordon has been wearing a grey uniform but he was quite a tall and bold person, so his friend shouldn't miss him.
