Bug: NO restart and ID gives no reputation

Natio Octavarium indie restart gives no faction IFF. Fresh restart has only 0.0 on NO. ID has no fixed reputation. So even after undock or reconnect you have no faction IFF. No!

Would like to add that NO repsheet is literally doesn't exist what makes their ID the most powerful for trading, due to their techcell and ID lines allowing flying any 4.3k

NO is literally hostile to 2 houses, just looks like the rephacks need added to the indie ID like they are the official ID. We also only get galciv, cr, zoner, and junker tech

Restart fixed. Changes are live now.
Will take a look at the rest of the rep and align it with their reps shortly.

Some basic rephacks have been added into the restart and the IDs. These will corollate to the existing rep sheet provided by the NO- faction in their info page.
