This is a roleplay server, and proper roleplay is required before opening up on people. Saying nothing isn't an option. It's pretty simple. Your ships have been placed in Bastille with sanction notices until you can assure us you have read and understood the rules. If there's a next time, it won't be nearly as lenient.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of GM Right #CTE 750AE.

Hi, Squad,
El.Arca - Yes i forgot to RP and didn't say a word. Guess my mind was busy undocking and shooting the whole outcast fleet who were sieging the POB in XI. I know the rules and that i need to RP before i shoot. Anyways i don't have a whole day to prepare when i undock and start to RP when a whole fleet is 2k away from me.
Sorry for the rule breaking, next time i will undock and RP before i start to shoot.

hello admins, I have to apologize for insufficient RP, and as far as I can remember I only wrote:" enemy spotted, loading weapons.
but when i logged Lucius:, the attack on the base was already in full swing, so i thought defending is allowed
