Bug: Kingfisher's running light hardpoints bugged
====================

Kingfisher found its running light hardpoints (hprunninglight01 and hprunninglight02) moved too far forward. It looks funny, but fix it please.

Fixed. As an added bonus I moved the shield hardpoint somewhere it fits.
