In the beginning, I would like to iremind you about myself. My name is Hina 陽菜 Nakamura, Inter-galactic trade manager of Nebula Shipping Express modular installation located at the Cambridge system. We represent a freelancer logistics and fabrication company which serve several operations around the Sirius sector.
We know each other from our previous contract which was a small-sized one. We saw the abilities and the capabilities of the {DHC} corporation and therefore, I am assigned by the NSE boards' members to sign a new large contract with your respected corporation. We will trust you with such a big contract because we know that you are capable of it. Our engineers studied what we need and decided to classify the requested materials into four stages, so I will give you stage one which is very important, and accordingly, the NSE board members will decide to hand you phase two or not. This is a very large and very important project concerning hyperspace techology so let's waste no time. Here are the first phase required materials.
I am sure that such a large corporation as {DHC} will know the location of these materials, but we always like to give a piece of full detailed information. Here are the locations where you can find the requested materials. The Robotic hardware is found at Planet Sprague, Omega3 system. The Reinforced alloys are found at Freeport 1, the Omega3 system. Hull Segments are found at Gateshead station, New Castle system. Magnetic superconductors and Gravity field stabilizers are found at Pueblo Station, Colorado system.
Those locations are the closest to our installation, but we understand that some of your purchases happen in the Rheinland house, so we will wait for your reply as soon as possible and we don't have to remind you that our docking master requests delivery proof for each shipment sent to the NSE installation. This is very important and we hope that all the delivery reports will be accurate as always.
