Biography
Chapter 1: Early life
Stephen J. Harding III was born to a rich family in the metropolis of Planet New London. He had a great childhood, learning many interesting skills and being the most popular student at his school. He was occasionally bullied in his earlier years, but eventually he got to his popular spot and attempted to become friends with every single student and teacher in his schools, regardless of how strange, young, old, rude, mannered, rich or poor they were. Him and his brother both competed for the first grade ranking in the University of Cambridge, but they were still very close, and still are.
Chapter 2: Military Service
Stephen Harding started his military service at the age of 18 in order to get some space training, as it was his dream to become an astronomer and map strange occurrences in space. At the age of 22, he attended the University of Cambridge for 6 years and returned to military service for a month until being honorably discharged at the age of 28. At the age of 25, he was married to one of his classmates and best friends, Sarah Jane Hawthorne. She also joined the military, dying in an engine explosion 5 years after their marriage, while Harding was observing anomalies in the Omicrons.

Through college connections and private research organizations, Harding worked with and became quick friends with the other 9 crew members over the years. Prior to this, Harding knew Ransom through school, as Fizz taught Harding everything he knows about chemistry.

Biography
Chapter 1: Early life
Sabien Dark was an incredibly knowledgeable but lonely kid. He skipped several grades in order to go to college early, as to avoid the boringness of regular schooling. He was often bullied in the schools that he went to, but if things got out of hand, he could defend himself fairly well. He was an only child, and had a few friends that were very close to him throughout his life.
Chapter 2: College and Outsourced Research
Sabien attended the University of Manhattan at the age of 16. There, he quickly rose up the ranks of the academic ladder, becoming a Dean's List student soon after he joined the college. In sophomore year, he broke out of his antisocial tendencies, quickly making friends with certain classmates and becoming a class leader during the second semester. He was both the students' favorite and teachers' favorite. He graduated with a Magna c. Lade, with a doctorate in Astronomy and a double major in Astronomy and Philosophy at the age of 22. At the age of 23, he met one of his best friends, Sanjo Jiraki, now director of Research and Development at the LIA. During his time between the end of college and the Principia XIV voyage, he ran trade routes for extra credits to fuel his endeavors, learning the basics of fighter combat and general space experience.

Biography
Chapter 1: Early life
Lydia was an incredibly sociable child, and was often the head of the class in both intellectual and social scenarios. She had a lot of good friends, and she was often considered as everyone's friend at some point or another during her childhood. Her best friend, Dr. Jeanne d'Avignon, and her were inseparable, essentially being sisters. She graduated high school 1 year early in order to take a break year. During the break year, she and her mother moved from Gallia into Liberty to live with Lydia's father. By this time, Jeanne was in college and was transferred to the University of Manhattan.
Chapter 2: College and Museum Work
Lydia attended Los Angeles University of Applied Science, where she found her love of Astronomy. Lydia takes as many classes as possible and quickly burns out from the pressure of it, instead only deciding to take Astronomy and Multivariable Calculus. She also meets here future fiancé in her 3rd year: John Seward. After graduating, she heads back to Manhattan to take up an offer as a resident researcher at the Museum of Aeronautics on Manhattan. Eventually, she became the Director of the Astronomy department.

Biography
Chapter 1: College
Ransom doesn't have a recorded childhood by his choosing, as he was an orphan. He asked to have the Early Life section skipped so that the file could move on to College Years. College was amazing for Ransom. He attended the University of Manhattan for all 6 years of his college career, making great friends and getting married in his final year of college at the age of 24 to an intelligent classmate named Sabrina Coleman, a fellow chemist. During his college years, he pulled quite a lot of pranks, often bamboozling his teachers with crazy getups, running around buck-naked with a bag on his head while the president of the college was meeting with government officials, trading scrap junk for a dorm complex, and creating insane chemical reactions in his chemistry class. Chemistry became his passion, and he eventually majored in Chemistry.
Chapter 2: Chemistry in the Omicrons and Professorship at Cambridge
Immediately after college, Ransom bought a Raven's Talon VHF with a science terminal and flew into the omicrons with his wife. There, he had a few run ins with the Order and did research on alien biochemistry. He spent about 10 or so years in the Omicrons, having 2 children in the process and learning Spanish, becoming decent friends with the Order, Corsairs, and Outcasts. At the age of 34, he returned to House Space, heading to Cambridge to accept a teaching position at Cambridge University. He taught Chemistry for the rest of his career along with his wife. His kids attended the college as classmates to Sabien Dark, and the two became great friends.

Chapter 1: Early Life
Jeanne was born to 2 poor corporation workers who put her up for adoption at the age of 3. She was eventually adopted by a rich family at the age of 5. The d'Avignons were loving adopted parents, but their biological daughter, Irene, was horrible. She bullied Jeanne every day, and at the age of 10, Jeanne asked her adopted parents to put her into a separate school. She stayed incredibly close with her adopted parents, but essentially disowned her sister. She became best friends with Lydia at the age of 10.
Chapter 2: College and Excursions into the Omicrons
Jeanne attended the University of Manhattan, meeting Hans as a fellow foreign exchange student. They eventually got together at the age of 22, and were engaged at the age of 25. Jeanne became a TA for the Biology teacher, eventually reaching almost to the level of a professor. She also took orchestra, becoming the principal cellist for the college. After her 4 years in college, she and Hans had a long distance relationship as she was studying xenobiology on a Spatial run by a private scientific corporation and Hans was helping his brother in the Federalists. There, she made the acquaintance of Fizz and his family, as well as some Order and Outcast captains.

Biography
Chapter 1: Early Life
Sara was born on New Tokyo in 801 AS. She and her brother, Sinichi Suzuki, went to the same school as children, where they had fierce competition in the field of music. While Sara's passion was biology and anatomy, Sinichi's passion was music and the fine arts. Not much bullying occurred in Kusari schools, only massive competition.
Chapter 2: College and Jobs with the MFE
Sara entered a high school program which allowed her to skip 2 years of college and head straight into medical school. She did 2 years at the University of New Tokyo, eventually transferring to Cambridge, where she met Hans, Fizz, and Dark. She became almost best friends with Hans while he was at Cambridge, but holds no current romantic feelings for him, and she graduated from medical school at the age of 24. She joined the MFE to complete her work, and moved back to Cambridge for residency. There, she lived a solitary but generally fun life, making great friends and saving lives in the Cambridge Hospital, becoming a 1st class general practitioner. She now has 3 years left on her residency, and is guaranteed a job with both MFE and the Cambridge Hospital.

Biography
Chapter 1: Early Life
Hans was born into a decently wealthy family on New Berlin. Him and his brother, Stefan, were inseparable. While Stefan attempted to do as many things as possible, Hans planned his life out, and knew exactly what he wanted to do at a very young age: building robots. Hans join the robotics team every year he could, eventually captaining the team and winning the planetwide competition at the age of 15. His mother and father fled with him and his brother from New Berlin a year later, as they were being hunted down by the Rheinland Military for having Rheinland Federalist sympathies.
Chapter 2: College and the Rheinland Federalists
Hans attended the University of New Berlin with his brother, where he was quickly put into the foreign exchange program. His first 2 years of college were at the University of Cambridge, under the tutelage of Professor Fizz as the robotics sponsor. Hans learned the basics of neural network engineering and anthropomorphic design, while also taking chemistry on the side in case it may help in his goal of joining the Rheinland Federalists. He then transferred to Manhattan, where he learned more about robotics and met Sanjo Jiraki, a bioengineer. He also met his future fiancé, Jeanne d'Avignon. While Jeanne was studying in the Omicrons, Hans visited his brother, who was now an agent in the BDM. He worked as a repair technician and innovator for the Rheinland Federalists for a few years.

Biography
Chapter 1: Early Life
Diego was born to a noble family, the De Leons, on the Venice Shipyard in Omicron Alpha. There, he spent time going through public education, enjoying a boring school career, where he easily raised in class rank and popularity. Diego was quite the player, having 3 girlfriends in high school. He had a great time in public schooling, but he chose not to pursue post secondary education, instead deciding to work for the government as a diplomat.
Chapter 2: Diplomacy and Soldiery
Diego broke all of his previous connections from school to join the Outcast government. He initially joined as a naval officer, working on capital ships patrolling around Malta. This job was unrewarding and generally useless, as he learned nothing. He eventually decided to quit the force, and decided to work as a diplomat for the Outcasts to other Omicron powers. He met his wife on the job, as she was a fellow diplomat working with a Corsair delegation. On his 4th year of working diplomacy, he met Ransom and became close friends with Ransom and his family. Approximately 3 months later, he met Jeanne and her party of scientists.

Biography
Chapter 1: Early Life
Dan was born in a poorer section of Planet Pittsburgh. His parents worked at Detroit Munitions in orbit, scrapping and selling old tech. Dan was unable to get a suitable education to his intellectual level, but he had plenty of good friends. Surprisingly, in early age, he was much more sociable than he is currently, only because his life wasn't too hard then. He was a good student, and his family scratched together enough for him to go to University of Houston.
Chapter 2: Navy and Professorship
Dan studied weaponized tachyon particle physics at the University of Houston, and gained a degree in Theoretical Physics. He was still fairly friendly and optimistic in his college years, and he often had a close friend group if anything went wrong. After college, he joined the Liberty Navy and entered the Liberty-Rheinland war as a weapons technician on board the Liberty Siege Cruiser Miami. He served 10 years in the Navy, and was honorably discharged to finish his PhD. His personality shifted from friendly to cold over the course of the war due to the horrible things he has seen. He developed post traumatic stress disorder, but has learned to cope with it and is currently becoming better and is fit to fly and maintain a ship. After he recieved his degree, he landed a job as a Professor of Theoretical Physics at the University of Manhattan, where he met Dark.

Through research opportunities, the army, college, investment firms, trade shows, etc. Dan slowly began to become great friends with the rest of the crew of the Principia XIV.
