I am Admiral Amy West with the Insurgency Navy.
Recently, we've received word of your station sat in the middle of our zone of operation. Deliberately. Without any forewarning.
This, obviously, doesn't sit well with the Insurgency, and, thus, this transmission.
So I'll lay it out straight and easy, here, because I can be nice like that.
- First, I'd like to know who we're dealing with here. Names, affilitations, things like that. Intentions would also help your case here, too.
- Second, funding. This was probably expected, but we don't exactly consider the Government to be capable of dealing proper business to the local populace, so we'll take it from here. We can work out something more fluid depending on who you are and where you're from, but if you'd like to get it over with a fine of 125.000.000 credits to IN|G-INS-Arcturus, and a subsequent monthly payment of 50.000.000 credits, works just as well to get you and your station off our watchlist.
- Third, the non-disclosure agreement. By receiving this transmission, you're complying with my own personal confidentiality clause. It activates upon message opening, so by now it's probably already active anyway, so there's nothing to worry about. This just makes sure that, if this transmission is linked to anyone in any way, shape, or form, I'll get a little ping about it. Best to just not let it happen, yea?
Now, obviously, if you disagree with anything here, then we're gonna have a problem, and I'm gonna be authorized to show you the door. By force. So let's not have it come to that, yea?
