Good day, ladies and gentlemen,

As you are likely aware, the Liberty Marshals Service has come back online after a one-and-a-half century budget-induced hibernation. While our government funding is currently far from generous, it has sufficed for the purchase of a flight of navy fighters, specifically ten BDR-360 Executioners. and ten BDR-804 Guardians. Due to budget-restrictions, however, we had to acquire these crafts from the military's surplus stores, meaning the individual vessels are from being in mint condition.

Now, as a civilian law enforcement agency, I am sure you can imagine that our people lack the technical expertise to return military ships to proper working condition. That is the reason why I am contacting you today. The Marshals Service would like to enter an agreement with Deep Space Engineering to make your corporation our premier contact for ship repair and maintenance. It goes without saying that your shipbuilders on Baltimore Shipyard are among the most renowned technicians and engineers in the sector and there is no one we would rather entrust our fleet with.

Initially, we would require the recently purchased navy fighters to be inspected and returned to proper working order. Our finances are limited but I am sure we can come to a fair agreement. I look forward to your response.

Best regards.

Good day Mr. Mallory,

We can most definitely repair and refurbish your fleet. I do understand your budget constraints, I once had to help a friend of mine with a similar situation. The Directors of DSE are honored that you have considered us for this position. It is always a pleasure of ours to help new government entities such as yourselves. We can work out a payment plan at a later date.

Sincerely,

Mr. Braxton,

Deep Space's enthusiasm to assist the Marshals Service in these matters is greatly appreciated, as is your understanding for our current financial situation.

If nothing else stands in the way, we will ferry the ten Executioners to Baltimore Shipyard and await their repairs and refits. The Guardians will follow soon.

Best regards.

Mr. Braxton,

The ten BDR-804 Guardians are currently being ferried from Fort Bush to Baltimore Shipyard's facilities. We have been informed that particular attention should be given to their cooling systems.

On behalf of the Marshals Service, I would like to once more express my gratitude for Deep Space's cooperation. We look forward to receiving the refitted and repaired ships.

Best regards.

Good day Mr. Mallory,

Alright. We've got about 2 ships done for now, expect them to be good as new by, lets say, next week at around this time. Usually the payment would be 50 million for the whole job, but since we want to see some cool things from your faction, I'll reduce the whole thing to 10 million credits. Let me know if thats too much or if you need the ships at an earlier time.

Sincerely,

Mr. Braxton,

Your generosity is greatly appreciated. I knew Deep Space Engineering was the right company to approach for this deal. A week's time is plenty, just designate an account for the payment to be transferred to and that will be seen to immediately.

Best regards.

Good day Mr. Mallory,

Sorry for the setback, we've had some problems with one of the fighters. Namely, one of the Guardians had an engine explosion, setting us back a day or 2. In spite of that, everything should be fine. I wish you good luck, and you can pick up your fighters on Baltimore. If the Marshals need any more work done, send it our way. We'd be happy to help. You may send the money to DSE)Accrued.Interest.

Sincerely,

Mr. Braxton,

I hope no employees of yours were injured in the incident.

I will dispatch a team to Baltimore to start transferring the ships from your facilities to our hangars on Manhattan. On behalf of the Marshals Service, I wish to once more express our gratitude for your assistance and we will be sure to contact you should we require further maintenance and repair services.

Best regards.
