is there a Base in Liberty or in a Systems directly bordering to Liberty with High Level (3m+ Rewards) Missions from The Rogues, Line Hackers, GCs or Outcast?

Have you tried Mulvane Outpost or Fortaleza Base in Kansas, Alcatraz Depot in California or farming PVE zone in Cortez?
