Personality:
Goro is commonly known as a calculating individual, tending to plan ten steps ahead wherever possible. In recent years however, impulsive decision making mixes with his known calculating behavior - a change not all too well received among the Admiralty. On duty, his attitude towards subordinates and superiors is cold yet polite alike, often creeping out his subordinates while doing so.
