To whom it may concern,
Our employees provided multiple concerns over your officers conducting illegal acts in the form of harassing and demanding for criminals to be detained at your facilities. Liberty Laws are not prohibiting to engage in self defense against hostiles and to tractor them in for further processing at out own discretion. We expect this behavior to stop from your side, officers to be educated on Liberty Laws and the personal issues your officers have with our employees resolved in civil manner at your own discretion. We will not tolerate being vilified and harassed by people who are expected to uphold the highest standard of law enforcing.

Mr. White,
I hope you and the employees of Ageira accept my sincere apologies for the incident. The officers in the field, in their eagerness to serve Liberty, forgot some minor details of Libertonian Law along with disciplinary conduct guidelines that I followed since I was myself a recruit and still work hard to enforce to this day.
Truth is, since I left to take care of recent health issues including a damn disease that made it even hard to breathe, I've put in place some checks and balances to ensure the 46th would continue to be a strong arm and a firendly hand to all lawfuls and civilians that traverse Liberty space. Some of those balances seem to have failed.
I have complete confidence in my operators, officers and active duty members and I will work with them to get all operatives to the highest standarts of law and professionalism, included but not limited to the operators involved in the recent incident, who have been already identified, debriefed, heard about how they percieved the incident and instructed on how to proceed in future dealings with coprorations.
I also offer 75 Million Sirius Credits, from my own pocket, as a gesture of ownership and sincere apology. Just point me where to send them.
