I hope your convoy was able to complete its trip without any further incident. The Marshals Service is grateful for your assistance against the Xeno flotilla.
Now, as briefly discussed earlier, the matter of Core vessels being found within Liberty not as a part of a trade convoy. Yesterday - not two days ago, as indicated by the Tabellarius' pilot - I encountered the Tabellarius at West Point, by itself, clearly not flying in a convoy. When stopped and questioned as to its business in Liberty, there was no mention of a convoy following it nor it scouting for one. The exchange was kept brief, as I my presence was required elsewhere. Logs are attached below. A departure of the Tabellarius from Liberty space could not be confirmed.
Sections 9.3 and 9.4 of the Liberty Law are very clearly worded - lone Core ships not conducting trade are not permitted within Liberty space without prior permission from the government.
