As a side note, I regret to inform you that our latest experience with modular station constructions at the Kusari house space ended in catastrophe and terrible loss of lives and economy. The NSE company board members are all from Kusari house space but we departed Kusari space because of the continuous attacks by some terrorist organizations belonging to the Blood Dragons. I am telling you that because I want you to understand that we consider Kusari space a very dangerous zone that lacks security and subjected to terrorist attacks most of the time. Base's designation planned is "Shirosato Station" under KSP IFF, which is to be located 8 clicks away from Honshu in planetary orbit. The base is legal and was registered within the appropriate database. Foreseeing reaching agreement with you, I took liberty to register vessels under your company's tag as contracted suppliers. Information reached us that the installation was re-deployed again after being destroyed, then a few hours ago, it got destroyed again by the Golden Chrysanthemums. We also learned that no law enforcers showed up for defending the civilians of Kusari. We are sorry for this bad news.

I personally advised you several times about the dangerous situation at the Kusari house space. I hope that you and yours are safe and sound. I do not know exactly what would be your next step after deploying the installation two times already, so allow me to halt all logistic operations concerning the Shirosato Station until you inform us about your plans next. We strongly recommend more security if you are going to try to deploy the installation for the third attempt.
