After my personal meeting with the Director of the GSB, we have come to an agreement that will benefit us, and the Security Bureau. Though this is an unofficial agreement, and there will no be official licencing. The Director has expressed his desire to look the other way when our shipments are heading outbound to Sirius. In return, he wants us to control the black market within Gallia - As if we don't have control of it already. Though I will state, now we have an obligation and responsibility it stays this way.

The Unione Corse and the Galic Security Buraeu will begin to coordinate attacks on the Outcast Influence in the Taus.

I shall keep this short and direct. Do not think this agreement will protect you from Gallic Laws and the Unione Corse Code. Remain vigilante.

It has been an honor to fly under your fine organization for the first time. It sure feels good to operate inside inner Gallia once more. First I have encountered one Prison.Liner.Alcatraz. I am curious as to how we treat trade with The Sirians - he was delivering food and other supplies to Briancon station.

Maybe these fancy Sirian ships' captains could be one day useful in distributing Nox to places we can't reach ourselves. I didn't dare to overstep my freshly gained lowly authority to suggest as such.

An assault on The Outcasts
I apologise if I have over stepped right afterwards - but old habits die hard. After helping with Nox deliveries and patrolling inside Gallia I grew restless, and went on to treat myself to doing what I enjoy best - getting rid of Corse's enemies. First I have tracked down a freelancer transponder Montane vessel - I was polite to the pilot, but it soon became clear he was no freelancer at all, but a disguised Outcast agent - GEB~Matanza~Cruel!

It was a trap, soon massive Outcast ships came swarming in. Lucky for me, the contacts I have made with their main enemies while flying solo paid off. I have called on Taurus|Flora.de.Luna and especially CNS-BC.Triunfante, with whom I have flown many times in the past to face the Outcast war machine.

Soon we were to be joined by other enemies of our main competitors - several Sirians and Corsicans, and a massive battle ensued.

After all was said and done we were victorious in this raid that I have personally instigated. I want to stress that if you command me to tone down focusing on my old ways of combat and using my contacts into getting rid of people Corse needs gone, I will be happy to oblige - but please take our success as proof that my efforts are not in vein.

Taylor
First of all I am starting to change my opinion on Evelyn Taylor. Frankly, by principle I do not like Sirians so closely entangled in Corsican business without going through our initiation process that earns them the right to fly our colours. I have never hidden my disdain for them, they can't be trusted and I will never understand other Corsicans being so open with the likes of Taylor - this is just not our way.

Having said that - she does seem to prove to be a great aide to our business. Especially today.

Gen'an Chrysanthemums
I have ran into GC-Aisufokkusu, GC-Asakaze, GC-Fuyuzora, GC-Kasumi truly heavily armored transports. No offense to Brigands engineers, but the Asco I was flying isn't exactly well built to take them all on. Taylor and UC~Mirage-1 luckily did appear and added additional firepower so we could at least threaten them.

A massive and chaotic firefight ensued, my gunboat took heavy damage, their Sirian liner has escaped, and other transports moored at a nearby base. Only thanks to my cooperation with Taylor and UC~Mirage-1 we have managed to disable at least one of the four ships. And cazzo lucky we did! Because what the ship left behind might bare vital information.

A potential big problem

This is what they left behind. By the massive amounts of armor plating on their ships, and who "they" were I assume this is no joke. This is some sort of liquid, potentially a drug, it seems to be actually well marketed and packaged. And they had thousands of boxes at their disposal...that means there is mass production in progress of this thing. We have destroyed what we couldn't carry, and I have taken a sample to Monaco base.

A need to adapt
Look - I know I am new to your organization and I have been a lone wolf making people dissapear for my own thrill. But now that I am here I want to get involved in making our core business better. First of all, I suggest we look at our competitors and learn from them, hate them or not. Nox re-packaging and actually repurposing into different forms and products could allow us to reach different market segments. We just have to make it exciting for consumers, and dealers that are willing to distribute it. I have been around Sirius on my contract missions. Attention spans are lowering. Marketing is getting bolder. If we want to protect our Gallic market and penetrate Sirius we must follow suit. I can't tell you how many fucking times have I heard Sirian people ask if it's some motherfucking SIRIAN FUEL WHEN WE TRY TO PUSH NOX TO THEM!

Second, I have no doubt the sample will go a long way - I urge you to divert some of our key staff from Nox bacteria research on Monaco into figuring out whatever the hell this is, how addictive and potent it is, whether it can be tainted or poisoned etc.

And if it does become a threat, maybe you can give an incentive to the likes of yours truly to hunt down people that distribute and produce the thing, much like you do with Cardamine.

Frankly, I am not sure why you ask me to haul such massive quantities of material to some random Brigands base, but who am I to question orders.

Nevertheless I have delivered 17748 units of Hull Segments in 9 trips in my first legal commodity hauling assignment.

I just want to say...I really hope you consider letting me do what I love for a bit after this. I want to to say I had a good time... Also I got routed by GSB and had to deliver the last load after finishing to Vierzon Mining Facility instead to not blow Martinique's location.

Three things:

We now have a better standing with Vierzon. Not exactly what I have planned but enjoy it I guess.
An Auxesian wanderer mentioned Planetform as a possible target. But I said I cannot make any decisions or promises. In part because I am just an Équipier, but also because I used to hunt Auxesia for Crayter when I was flying solo Sarti Laughs.
GSB is likely going to ask about the Shi.... whatever that was we took from Ge'Nan Chrysanthemums. I do hope they contact our command like I told the agent they should...they would do the research into what the hell that thing is and save us some money.

Saluti, fellow Corsicans,

I report here today about a deal we had with the Gallic Security Bureau. As you know, Équipier Sarti led an ambush against a Gen'an convoy, carrying some kind of liquid substance. After contacting the GSB, the GSB contacted us again about it. We still had 40 units of this substance available. It was decided.

I ordered Salvatore Vincensin, captain of the UC~Imperial, to carry the substance, to the Monte Carlo Freeport, where a transport awaited us.

The deal went smoothly, brief and professional.
The GSB transport took off shortly after getting the package. Now, we await the result of their analysis, and see what this substance really is.

I encountered an OS&C liner today in Tau-31, during a routine patrol in the said system. It seemed rather distant, quasi-unresponsive and somewhat insolent, until another OS&C vessel arrived. This OS&C vessel was, surprisingly, the chairwoman of OS&C herself as she answered a distress call sent from this very liner. I was disappointed - and reassured, to see that my sole appearance was sufficient to send a distress call. As we (briefly) talked, she said that we had good relations. I suppose it's true, I've seen one of 'em Gallic Liner go to them, I think this was ours - eh, whatever, you do what you have to do, right?

I let 'em go, since I knew we had dealings before. Not sufficient to cause a diplomatic crisis between us and 'em.
I suggest y'all contact 'em again, si.

A little time later me and Mirage have tried our luck again and have encountered miners. We decided to protect them, engage in a friendly banter, establish trust, and see what happens. And by see what happens I mean wait for the big hauler to come to the asteroid field, jam their signals andkill them while taking everything we can carry.

However, we waited, chatted and the big ship never arrived, we had to move to an emergency elsewhere. No matter - we have protected the miners from local dangers and established trust so it's safe to say they are much more likely to have their guard down next time and fly with us with their expensive cargo to places where nobody can hear them scream.

The Xenos from the Liberty House, a terrorist organization, are also to be considered as hostile, due to their extremely hostile behavior against seemingly foreign vessels entering Liberty space.

The presence of Cardamine-addled users and organizations in the Liberty House are numerous, and allies, virtually inexistent. Akin to the Bretonian House recommendations, please be extremely cautious as well in the House of Liberty. The organizations have also been added to your handbook's diplomacy section.

The apparent resurgence of Royalists have also been reported to us, and are therefore to be considered suspicious. They resort to piracy like Brigands, and therefore, Corsican convoys are at risk, despite the obvious lack of attack subissed by them, and their theorically low numbers. Financial Statements

Currently, the public treasury of the Unione Corse totals at 480,000,000 credits. The shadow funds, offshore accounts and personnal accounts were not recorded.
