Out of the gate I want to say that I appreciate working for a large organization such as this. As you know I have followed orders to the letter, even spent countless hours hauling, with diplomacy with the GSB and patrollingin inner Gallia and neighbouring systems. I believe this is what netted me my promotion, and I hope I have proven I am commited and can be trusted.

Now, to my reason of contacting you. As you know I have always been someone who eradicates targets. Often not even for Corse but for anyone who would pay - and I still believe this and my knowledge of Sirius through my contract hunting are my biggest assets, despite recent duty in inner Gallia. And I would like to put that snrenght to use, with the backing of our organization.

If we are to achieve total domination over the Sirian drug market we must get rid of the Outcasts and their Cardamine. But we will never achieve that by just repelling them from Gallia, or futile attempts at direct open assaults at their heavily fortified home system. No, to move nox into more places, to gain favour over distribution networks we must strike the Outcasts away from their homes, away from Gallia - we must disrupt their operation everywhere possible. As a side effect, thwarting them across Sirius will deflect their focus from Gallia itself.

My request
I hereby ask you to provide resources and manpower and entrust me to command of our new Splusione squad. It's purpose is simple - disrupt the Outcast and their Cardamine business, negotiations with local suppliers, shipments etc. Sirius wide. Hit them where they do not expect us, and make a spectacle of it. A side bonus is that many factions are willing to hire us to do just that - thinking we are mere mercenaries willing to support their cause, in effect funding and supporting our Nox market and distribution operations in their own backyards.

I might have a new recruit willing to help with such a task already should you OK our operation.Let me know what you think,

EPERNON BASE, Orlenais

Epernon is relatively close to lawful traffic and activity, so rather than for raids it is used as a smuggling hub in Orlenais. You can get Hypnotainment bands there.

JOINVILLE BASE, Champagne

Hidden deep within the Seine Nebula, Joinville is used for secret meetings and a base for rare lightning-fast strikes against very specific targets.
Synthetic Marijuana is available at the base, and you will see many a strike craft ready to strike anyone the Corse deems necessary to get rid of, and then return to Joinville as a safe hidden refuge.

BOURBON BASE, Burgundy

This is where our proud ancestors massacred shifty Gallic Junkers, including women and children by killing or throwing into space the in 671.
It's been our main base of operation in Burgundy ever since.This base is of the Orsini class - who knows, perhaps one of our Principal's proud grandfathers got the base for us from the Gallic Junkers?

THIONVILLE BASE, Lorraine

My birth place and where I spend my childhood before departing for Sirius. This base is where the Corse assisted the Council in breaching the Lorraine Minefield, eager to spread their influence into Sirius we have helped them. This move opened the Sirian Pandora's box and the Outcasts and Cardamine started pouring into Gallia. These days Thionville's main purpose is stopping the Outcasts in Lorraine and Tau-53 and Tau-37 before they reach Gallia, and our last stop before departing for our brand new operations in Sirius. Trade hub for Artifacts, Kemwer munitions.

MONTELIMAR BASE, Languedoc

One of our more open bases, at least to unlawful factions, by Corsican standards at least. But nobody can feel safe who dares to parade next to it with valuable cargo just ready for the taking. Close ally or not.

I don't think I have to tell any Corsican the importance of GMS. They are money driven and don't hold many loyalties to much else but their profits, I can respect that character strenght. For some reason they don't trust us with their contracts against illegal miners near their Toulon Minining Facility in Provence and hire external mercenaries instead.

And well, we do raid their convoys and kill their people if they stray too far - I don't think any Corsican has been enough of an amateur to let that be found out in the open however.

I will do my part so they stop believing the (well . . . true) rumors about us - it is highly beneficial if they trust us, award us their contracts and relax in our presence - escorting one of their massive vessels is the least I can do.

Please excuse me for my late reply to your Messages, it has been hectic lately.

Firstly, thanks for your survey of our bases, this will come in handy for everyone.
Secondly, the GMS, they are akin to the Corse in terms of loyalty, it seems. It is good that you escorted them, we will get this contract eventually, continuing to escort them might be the key, but it may also make us look like mere Bounty Hunters.

And for the TAZ, bring these "scrubbies" to Monaco Base, we will give them to our scientists, and they'll see what they can do with it. From what I've heard, they're more useful to the people in Planetform, I doubt they have any uses but hey, we can never be sure, they may react with Nox bacteria. It might be a fun project, or at least, something else to do for our scientists.

I already contacted the TAZ about the Pilgrims from Monte Carlo Freeport, and offered them protection from Provence to Tau-44, we can plug Nox and propose them this, as a present, or something similar. I also gave them samples of Nox, however to another TAZ ship. They could be clients, and the good kind.
