This document is to let you know that I recently acquired Texas Bank Reserve, a modular base in the Texas system that you surely know of. I'm also expressing our intention to rename and tow the station to a new position, in the California System. I need to discuss authorization and logistics required to move a whole station through 3 systems.

The new posiiton, and new name, can be sent in a secure channel upon request.
