My name is Helmut Weinstein, I am the director of ALG's Corporate Security Division, commonly known as Division V. My Division is tasked with special operations and sensitive diplomacy in the pursuit of the general welfare of the company at large.

Over the years, we have enjoyed productive relations with the Corse, starting out with a mutual animosity towards the Outcasts. In the times since, we have built upon those relations, forging ties with an organisation named the Gruppu Parlamentariu di Marsiglia, a Corse cartel with which we had dealings with.

It is time to renew those old ties. Our traditional partners within the Gallic Monarchy, the Gallic Confederation, and now the Gallic Union, EFL, are increasingly making it obvious that they intend to be competitors, rather than partners.

We wish to open negotiations once again for favorable relations within the new Gallic Union, and at this point, you are likely to be our closest contact. We are intent on building a network of cooperation that excludes companies that are strictly tied to the rigid houses, and are more dynamic in their approaches, to herald a new era of house-independent commerce unburdened by their pesky laws and regulations, and with the stated goal of improving the lives of the common person and the prosperity of the companies not bound by the shackles imposed upon us.
