Aftermath - Dhomie42 - 04-03-2021

With ORANGE HAMMER proven to be a decisive victory, Dreadnoughts Captana and Basilica have returned to Outcast space, watching over Malta for the time being.
As this chapter came to a close, Hispania Imperial have decided that there's no time to waste, for there are more urgent matters than celebrating.

Liberty's recent "expansion" efforts into Omicron Nu. The structural damage done to Rochester by the Xenos, a major cardamine trade hub. The "Gallic Re-Union", and the merge of the Enclave into this new government. Recent sightings of Bretonian, Gallic, and Kusarian military/intelligence vessels in the Taus. Nomad incursions becoming ever more frequent in the Omicrons.
A few examples of issues that Malta still needs answers for.

Most of these matters aren't important for Malta's allies that don't operate in that area of space, however, Hispania Imperial's representatives believe that their insight might prove to be benefical.

Ames Research Station has always been a spot for talks when sides required a "neutral" host to avoid any suprises, and now with the Jump Gates no longer functioning, Hispania Imperial's representatives have chosen Ames to hold talks.

The current Marshal of the Húsares, Alexandra Amelia has been tasked with contacting the other parties. She, and Julio Sibila are currently awating the arrival of their esteemed allies, while the other representatives of Hispania Imperial haven't arrived yet.

"Sibila, amigo, please greet our guests once they arrive, it seems the Ortegas are late, and señorita Leoz isn't here yet either. Don't forget to tell the crew of the Valiente not to enter the No-Fire-Zone, we don't need Zoners breathing down our necks with their paranoia."

With that, Alexandra went to her quarters to finalize everything for the guests' arrival.

The Hound's Arrival

Much had changed in Liberty for the rogues since the last time they had met openly with the Outcasts, with steps taken to ensure their continued way of life, sightings of outcasts in Liberty weren't all too uncommon current day. This meeting had an almost sinister tone for the Hellhound, even though he was already trusting of the Hispania imperial. He was nothing if not paranoid.

As a show of good faith, the Innocent Slaughter arrived not long after the communication went out. The warship slowly drifted out from the southeast dark matter storm, the cloud caught in its wake, drifting off the sides as the ship made its exit. Approaching the Valiente to pull up alongside it, the two Barghest escorting the Scylla pulled off to begin flight patrols around the perimeter of the no fire zone. While Hemlocke's custom Werewolf launched from the Scylla itself, cruising toward the station with two Hyena on either flank to begin docking preparations.

The Werewolf and twin Hyena landed station side, two burly individuals dropped from the Hyena, most likely bodyguards, before the signature crimson left eye of Hemlocke was seen emerging from the Werewolf, his long wild hair was apparent first, followed blackened T tucked into brown leather belted pants that tucked into black combat boots. His belt ordained with two curved blades. His gaze traveling over the landing bay, searching for the hispania imperial that had invited him to the meeting.

Quaint, she thought. This would be Alana's first time meeting these people in person - she wasn't usually one for face to face meetings and with her dealings with the Rogues she wasn't too overly thrilled about having to meet them, but as she was asked so nicely she could hardly refuse.

Her Iris had just emerged in the Kepler system, sat between the two looming dark matter clouds. Her scanners indicated that she had indeed found herself where she expected, as she re-ignited her engines the small ship gracefully thrust itself toward Ames Research Station.

Upon arrival at the station, she noticed the Valiente and a Scylla floating just outside the no fire zone, she rolled her eyes, pondering if such a show of force was really necessary. The Iris flew toward the nearest hangar, the bright colours of the ship becoming even more obvious once it was illuminated by the station lights within. It set down on the pad and Alana proceeded to hop out of the cockpit. She inhaled deeply, thinking how much she hated using these devices that so earned them the title 'sniffers', before peering around, looking for someone at least remotely familiar.

RE: Aftermath - Yannis - 04-03-2021

Julio had awaited this moment for a while. His heart was pounding, and he was breathing heavily, drawing cardamine through his respiratory device. It was his first meeting with the representatives of the other 'criminal' groups.

As Alexandra was going back to his quarters, he just stood there, on the Valiente's deck, looking forward to the arrival of the others.

A Werewolf and two Hyenas passed by, the Rogue sign on their hull looking like the blood of their Libertarian enemies.

Lost in his thoughts, a beeping sound took him out of his reverie: a small ship was inbound. The scanner indicated it was an Iris. At last Alana was here.

"Open a communication channel with Señora Leoz, and prepare Señora Amelia's Sabre and mine. Prepare the docking bay in case Alana wants to drop by the Valiente before going on Ames Station. Let's not waste time, hermanos!"

His excitement was perceivable in his voice. He snapped his fingers, took a deep breath. With his hand on his hoslter, he took the direction of the docking bay, a smirk on his face.

"Hermano..." Garcia said. "I'm telling you Xenos like to lurk around this station!" he further expressed with a raised voice. "Well if they try anything, I am sure you can end their miserable lives." Carlos suggested in a dead tone.
Garcia makes a dismissive tut in return before he would start pacing about the bridge. "Hijos de puta... We're too soft on these Liberty gangs."

The Battlecruiser Collarada, adding more to the show of force, eventually made its way over to the Valiente. There it would station itself nearby before two sabre fighters were eventually deployed. Both of these craft make their way over to Ames Station to dock for the meeting aboard.

Carlos would be the first to enter the premises and quickly scanned the area to find where to meet up with the others. Garcia on the other hand would be less so indiscreet and direct as his brother, making constant remarks about wishing to deliver the fury of Malta upon the Xenos scum. It would be unknown to anyone if Carlos was actually listening.

As they approached their brothers and sisters of Malta, both of their demeanors would change to that of open and cordial displays. As though it were a practiced function for the brothers.

Don Arrival

Hope he is didn't late a group of four fighters enter Kepler system heading to Ames Station. Three Sabre fighters with one falchion arrived at Ames station.
" All right boys i want this nice and clean meeting be prepare for everything, a lot of Xenos spotted in this area we don't want any incidents."
Don exit the ship with two of his bodyguards, he wear his traditional white suit with Zetas Cartel sign on his right side, while his bodyguards wear black armor suits,
" This is it boys we are here with our allies, Senorita Amelia have something to discuss with us, hope this is worth of our time."

RE: Aftermath - WiseTaurus - 04-03-2021

Darkness enveloped the horizon, but as the ship travelled through the disturbed void, it became clearer until the station appeared on sensors. Audaz Alarcón contemplated the gloomy spectacle quietly and he stood up when the new signals were sighted. The screen showed up several allied warships waiting outside the uncomfortable No-Fire-zone. The battlecruiser Destino Final and 4 Sabres took their place near the vessels, and Alarcón prepared his people for the arrival to the station. He was glad that such a show of force was being displayed here; an unnecessary firepower gathered to a cordial meeting, but a fine testimony reflecting that his brethren and allies can go anywhere they please and however they want.

He was not impressed with the station and its features, though: “What a waste of resources, these Zoners could do a better job with this station. Maybe we should just claim it to make our own experiments here. It is a pity that Ames is too far from home and it would be unsustainable in the long run…for now.” Audaz commented to one of his bodyguards, as they walked to the hangar.

Audaz jumped into his Sabre and launched into the blackness. The battlecruiser remained in its position; meanwhile the 4 escorting fighters followed their leader to Ames. The short travel suddenly finished as they docked with the Zoner base.

He did the first footsteps into the station and said without waiting for response: “Hemos llegado, finalmente. Esperemos que esto sea bueno.”

The unease grew with the arrival of more and more outcasts, the echoes of destabilized leadership on Malta ran through Hemlocke's mind, the endless warfare between the two groups only a few years back. A Bactrian landed briefly with his werewolf and his guards two hyena, he turned to watch a cargo container hauled out the back of it, along with Lady Ashwood and her two guards. Who approached the Hellhound.

"I believe once this gift is delivered, these brutes should return here to watch the ships, to avoid upsetting our hosts, Hm?"
"Fine, you double checked it?" "Would I not be dead if I couldn't do my job?"

Hemlocke grumbled, checking over his custom revolver in silence as the bactrian took off from the landing bay once more, flying off from the freeport entirely. Lady Ashwood comparatively stood in a noble manner with her arms and mechanical claw crossed behind her back, peering over the arrivals with her ghastly face.

RE: Aftermath - Megaera - 04-03-2021

Gen'an arrival

The Ise Jingu was positioned in the outskirts of the dark matter cloud, its shields working on optimal capacity to keep the harmful effects to a minimum. The Ise held contact and provided intel to the shuttle containing the Matriarch and a select few well armed Sisters. The shuttle itself was flanked by a squardon of fighters as it approached Ames Research Station

The freighter landed in the docks where it stood for several seconds before the doors opened and several Gen'an operatives disembarked from the vessel. Once the area was confirmed to be secure, the Matriarch set foot on the station. She wore her trademark golden mask, which covered the lower part of her face. Outside of initiated Gen'an Sisters, no one has ever seen her without a mask. Other than the kimono she would wear for such formal occasions, she now wore a modified version of the Gen'an combat uniform that still made her stand out from her entourage.

She spoke to the Sister next to her.
"Alright, lets see what this meeting is all about"

RE: Aftermath - Omicron - 04-03-2021

Hitomi Suzuki, one of the GC’s chosen representatives, arrived at Ames station. Her ship, as well as the few chosen escorts were an assortment of completely random, albeit well maintained fighter crafts one would normally find all across Sirius. The Outcasts had seemingly rented a good part of the station to house the visitors and house the actual conference. After a mandatory security check upon arrival, Zoners had waived them though and let them to enjoy hospitality of their Outcast hosts.

Their uniforms were much like their ships, outlet for individuality without any specific coherence. Only the fact that they were exclusively women and incorporated the distinct Kusari fashion and opulence they could afford from being higher up in the cardamine supply chain separated them from the motley of Xenos and Rogues warbands that frequented this station. The Hispanics in comparison were much more rigid and disciplined, whereas Lane Hackers were more professional - The unmistakable feeling of dealing with not an organized criminal group but with a fixer of a megacorp was no doubt calculated as a PR move on their part.

Hitom wore a flight suit that doubled as an armor with lightweight, Kusari-stylized plates fitted to protect vital areas. Weak points and flexible sections such as joints were covered up in cloth and accessories and flower-patterned tunic formed the uppermost layer. Entire left arm from shoulder to glove was bleached bloody red with simpler decoration. Her bodyguards were exclusively armed in short-range weaponry: shotguns, snub-nosed energy weapons, carbines and other similar pieces plundered or smuggled from Detroit or more exotic locations such as Akabat, Jiangxi or New Paris light arms manufacturing plants.

“Hopefully we will not have to wait long. Such meetings tend to drag on and there are luxury goods Samura convoys waiting to be plundered.” Her accent was strangely Libertonian, and she herself did not look to be of pure Kusarian descent.
