I'm a Starflier who has travelled around Sirius, taking scans and surveying areas that have piqued my interest.

A little while ago, two Orbital Spa & Cruise liners and myself were spotted by your subordinates very close to
Malta. We wanted to pay respects and appreciate the Hispania. I have to thank you for not blowing us out into
space. We honestly did just want to pay respects and quietly leave. I recognize being so close to Malta would
make you very antsy.

Despite that encounter, I may have a proposition for you. As a Freelancer, the Houses can't really stop me from
taking hyperspace scans of any public space. I can gain info for Manhattan, or if you prefer, I could scan New Tokyo
for you to smash Kusari's fleet again.

My proposition is that I can take scans of certain areas of your choice, and you can use them to do as you wish.
Mayhaps we can raincheck what I would get in return, as I have nothing in mind at the moment. Right now, I'm just
trying to gauge your interest.
