I'm a starflier, a freelance system scanner and rift jumper. I command a vessel designated NX-01.

Yesterday I bumped into one of your vessels, designated Chicago. They mentioned they heard of the event regarding The Hispania and how I helped out Breezewood with their unexpected shove into New Tokyo's atmosphere. The Chicago suggested sending a direct communication if there was anything I'd like to ask.

Having spent a bit of time with your liners, I'm wondering if there's possibly a position available where I could be a guide for other vessels. Pretty much exactly what I did for the Breezewood and Svalbard, but way less dangerous. My databanks have scans of almost all systems in Sirius. My idea would be to treat guests to a rift jump to get to said locations. Part-time is on my mind, as I'd still love to fly around and explore other systems during my time awake.

I should also say, that my ship has had an issue where my Jump Drive would crash upon activation. This has landed me into systems that are... well... I don't want to spoil anything... They're special. My hyperspace computer has saved these rifts into it's banks so I can go back on command. This jump drive malfunction has been corrected.

The Chicago suggested I could potentially work as security for you. However I strongly believe that weapons cause problems, so I have not and will not carry any. Despite this, once I'm able to get my Jump Drive upgraded to the next class, I'll be capable of guiding OS&C convoys to beautiful locations.

OS&C haves an own Security Division, but Spa-Sec can't be everywhere and Locals are often more Resourceful and Effective than our own Operatives.

We have a Remodeled Bustard Carrier in our Fleet that offers Jump Tours too, but his Coordinates are Pretty outdated. as you are a Scout or "Riftjumper" I would say make us an Offer for some nice Coordinates. as for your Offer of a Business Relationship, I have to tell you that most liners are too Heavy to be Dragged along in the Jumpfield of your Carrier. But on the other hand had we, not much to do with Jumping apart from our own Bling Jumping Bustard Liner. so I could be wrong in this matter.

for your Services as a Scout and Leader of Convoys, I have to say that I am also interested. I can understand that you are Interested in the Shiny and Glamorous world of Orbital Spa and Cruise but also want to Remain Free. I think we could Form a Contract that Details the Terms our or Cooperation. basically Orbital Pays Pretty Good for Escorts and Guides to new Exiteing Locations and our Friends Benefit from this too. I would say Name your Price and we will start the Negotiations.

This is quite the surprise, Cross. For some reason I didn't think you would be receptive to my offer!

During my travels, I've only seen your Oasis and Enterprise-class liners fly about. I gotta get a look at your remodelled Bustard! It's good to hear that my efforts to help out your liners haven't gone unnoticed. It was a pleasure to fly with Breezewood, Svalbard and Chicago. I haven't met all of your team, I assume a handful of other vessels on your roster have jump capabilities? Or just this "Bling Bustard" ?

Now, onto business.

You say I won't be able to carry your liners through a rift, because of their cargo mass. That's understandable. I can work with that. Recently, I have managed to install a piece of hardware that sends off a signal for a brief moment, allowing other ships with my code to riftjump right next to me. Not sure if you would have need of this service, but it's something I can provide.

When it comes to system scans, this is something the NX-01 can do with no problems. At this moment, my databanks are almost full, as I have taken scans of every house system across Sirius. The Liberty Government is taking their time reviewing my modular installation request, as I need the extra databanks to offload all of these scans to. Perhaps I could get a small list of popular locations from you? That way I'll still be able to get those scans done, and I can gauge exactly how much each one will cost you. After this little prologue, we can see where this partnership goes.

You are Right we have a Big Fleet, but at the Moment only the OS&C|TE-Cloud-9 is our Only Jumpable Ship. the Internally Modifyed Bustard is under the Coman of Samuel Fuentes a good Friend of mine. I am sure he gives you a tour of his ship if you met him.

Now to the Business, I would say for Starters Give me the Coordinates to the Capitols of Sirius. I am sure Sam would like to have some Return Coordinates in Case of Emergency.

As for the Jumpable ship, I think our Dorado Shuttles are Able to Jump with you. and you are Right you haven't seen our entire Fleet, for example, am the Capitan of a Beautiful Palace Class Liner Called OS&C|TE~Red~Velvet~Club. I hope i get the Pleasure to meet you in Space soon. till then I wish you a Safe Flight.

Yes, this is exactly what I want. but I want also to clarify some things about the Cloud-9 and her Blind Jump Tours. these Jumps happen at Random Locations, and not even the Capitan knows where the ship lands in the end. Of course, we take Care of our Passengers Safety, therefore are the Jumps not really 100% Blind. The Jumpdrive is Connected to a Randomizer that pics the Destination by Chance. As I told you most of the Coordinates are a bit outdated so the Cloud-9 often lands on the outskirts of a system. the Coordinates I asked you for are for the case that the Ship Runs into any Trouble and has to Escape quickly. Please tell me your Price and the Account where I can send the Payment too and then I would say happy Scouting.

Thank you for giving me a rundown of Cloud-9's service, you'll find that these scans will serve OS&C well. I should inform you that I have already obtained new scans for all the systems. These aren't ones I already had, I managed to get brand new ones just for you. Didn't want to disappoint you with old information.

When it comes to payment, I was thinking a fair price would be 10m for every scan, up to three scans. Then it's 7m for each scan after that. In case you'd like a bigger package of scans later on, it would benefit you being cheaper.

Before payment is wired over, I'd like to ask what you think of this arrangement. One an arrangement is agreed upon, I'll grant you access to my ship's databanks that hold your coordinates.
