I'm Tobby Gladstone, I'm the diplomatic liaison of Planetform Inc., as you know we're the largest and only Terraforming company in Sirius. We're also a Bretonian Company.
As you may also know, we've been employed to terraform planet Atka in Hudson. We have a base there called "Cold Bay", nicknamed "The Cooler".
We've been employed to terraform this planet in the name of House Liberty. I understand that Rheinland and Liberty are having high tensions between each other. But I hope before major fighting breaks out that we, Planetform, House Rheinland and House Liberty, can come to an agreement that no Planetform ship is restricted from Hudson. Now, I would like to schedule a meeting on Freeport 2 in Bering. Freeport 2 is Neutral grounds. All I request you keep your weapons on your ships and your escorts on their side of the system. Rheinland escorts near the Hamburg gate, and Liberty near the Texas.

Alrighty, I know you chaps are receiving these transmissions. I do know your a busy lot. All you chaps need to do is reply to this channel, send diplomats and we can work from there. This currently my most urgent assignment that I need to finish before I can move onto bigger problems.
Instead of the Zoner base in Bering, I've decided that it should be done on a more controlled station. Cold Bay is where the meeting will take place. Send your diplomats after you reply to this channel. My earlier requests that weapons be left in ships and escorts behind at the gates is still a request. As Security will be tight enough.

Alright, seeing how it's the third day this channel has been up, and both sides have failed to send a reply back to this channel. Planetform Inc. is considering the space around Cold Bay, In Hudson, Neutral ground. Our transports will conduct normal business to and form Cold Bay.
As of this message. Our transports will be allowed pass the embargo's on both sides of the zone, for the Hudson system. Any harassment of Planetform Inc. ships will not be dealt with.

P.S. - Production on Atka has been halted until further notice, Terraforming stages on California Minor are in their final stages. California Minor will be left a lone for the planet's ecosystem itself to start taking control.
