Good day director,

Allow me to introduce myself as we have not been acquainted yet. My name is Jill Xi and I am the Chief of Medicine at the General-B hospital in Omicron Theta.

I am more than happy to send over a team of medical specialists for a station review. Now a review like this generally works better when our team has both access to the area and is accompanied by the medical specialists who are expected to work on the station.

The MFE team will consist of 4 specialists: A doctor, an IC specialist nurse, an HVAC & Medical transport specialist and a trauma specialist from one of our hospitals. A station analysis can take anywhere from 6 to 9 hours to complete. An official report shall be issued shortly thereafter. This report has to this date not been denied by any of the authorities and will be certified by Med Force Enterprises.

A station analysis and report are not part of our free care services we generally provide. The cost for a station analysis is set at 45m SC which includes the certification process. Apart from that your medical staff can always reach out to us for free with medical related questions. Please note that a certificate of approval is valid only for the core level which your station currently has. Should your station expand beyond the level it has been certified for it may need to be re-certified in order to keep it's validity.

Thank you for your swift reply. Before you transfer the fee I have to apologize for giving the wrong amount in my initial message. Our accounting department only noticed this error after I sent the message.

The cost for a station analysis is set at 20m SC which includes the certification process. This can be transferred to "[MFE]Bank" with the description "Ulster Station". Please note that a certificate of approval is valid only for the core level which your station currently has. Should your station expand beyond the level it has been certified for it may need to be re-certified in order to keep it's validity. If your station is destined to be upgraded within 6 months after being certified please let us know so our team can certify your station one level higher.

Our team is set to arrive coming Monday at around 07:00 SMT.

I'm delighted that the services of the inspection team as well as the subsequent report and certificate meet your appreciation.
As to answer your question of sending 600 of your crew to the MFE Academy I can only say that this may require some more planning than a station inspection. The reason for this is simply that your request for 'proper medical training' is quite a broad one considering that we offer a huge variety of educational opportunities ranging from full academic studies to 2-day courses. As of now we have 11 registered courses with 8 more to follow soon.

For both you to save on expenses and me to make sure we at the academy have ample student accommodation I would suggest you have a look at our Student Information Guide and send me a list of the number of people your wish to sign up for a particular course or study. I'll let our department of student relations draw up a planning and consult with you directly on these matters.
