It is indeed a tragedy with what our great house has become after the war, those who were left in power, openly allowed the Royalists - the very reason what Gallia has become what it is today - to take up positions with authority. The Maquis were not happy with this decision and neither were many of the Ex-Council women and men that decide to bolster our ranks. Thus begun our current journey against The Union.

It does not surprise me there are scores of those that want to support our cause such as yourselves, but before we move on to talks of working together I have a few issues with agreeing right off the bat.

First off, we don't care for fighting the 'capitalist hydra', the Front unites heroes of various socio-economical beliefs that stand against The Gallic Union.

Secondly, mind revealing these 'generous sponsors' that you are referring to or at least what is their nature?

Lastly, could you care to explain more about your group's background and purpose? I don't quite understand where you're coming from with the little information you've provided. Which reinforces my second point, we prefer to know who you are and what we're dealing with before we for example grant you access to our bases.

If we do cooperate against the Union, we can not guarantee your safety if you roam freely within Gallia. Unfortunate it is, but the Union forces outnumber us greatly and have advantage over us in almost all factors except for having a spine and honor. With that being said we will welcome your assistance in toppling The Gallic Union - what specific and tangible forms of assistance do you have in mind? What will you ask for in return?

I apologize for the delayed response. There has been a few rather important matters on my hands, leaving me with little to time to be in the office.

I understand that there are some information about yourselves that cannot be disclosed, but this would enough.

Glad that those who were once part of the Royalists have decided to switch sides after realizing what they were really fighting for. The glassing of Planet Leeds -where i was from- is a perfect example of how inhumane the scumbags were. Although i do find it hard to cooperate with people who once were responsible for the destruction and killing of my people, we are all on the same side now and have aligned aims.

Are your people any good at construct works?

We have an important construction project that's being worked on at the moment and may need some assistance in delivering of the required materials for it, maybe that could be a good first start. Completing it would enhance our warship repair, retrofit and maintenance capabilities greatly and strengthen our fleet, starting us on our journey to be able to go against the Union's military directly and openly one day.

If your people have the capability of delivering construction materials for a drydock capable of hosting battleships, we could use them to help our engineers, who are putting all they can into making this feat possible. Of course you aren't expected to do this for free, you will be provided a contract as to mark the beginning of our cooperation on an official document basis. Just tell us what materials you are capable of delivering that you think would be fit for a drydock construction and provide repairs for battleships and we will come with a price we are willing to pay for said materials.

To be honest with you - our logistics are in disarray, and still hurting from The Council's betrayal. We can only possibly succeed if we work with outside parties, potentially such as yourselves. Prove to us that you can deliver the materials we need, get paid for it and when you successfully fulfill the initial contract we can talk about a closer cooperation.

You might encounter troubles along the way of delivery but i'm sure you can handle yourselves outside of Gallia and the Taus. If you need to be accompanied with escorts, do let me know and i will make the necessary arrangements.

About your inquiry to having a place for your old warships, the Front gladly agrees but only once the contract is done will your demands be met. You will be granted access to one of our shipyards to provide required repairs and maintenance for two "Triumph"-class destroyers and three "Perilous"-class gunboats. The shipyard is of the Front's choice and you will be given docking rights and services. I will inform the engineers and staff there about our new -allies- and the toys that they will bring over. However, one thing i should note is that the cost of repairing and managing your vessels will not be free or exactly fully provided. Like i said earlier, we are lacking resources and ships of our own currently, maybe delivering extra materials will allow our engineers to properly service your ships.

If you find any of the terms and conditions to be not satisfactory or fair, do tell why so we can possibly come up with something better and have mutual agreements on both end. I hope you will find this to be an agreeable contract so we can begin and move ahead quickly.

Oh right, the location of where those materials are headed along with the shipyard for your warships will be sent over a secure channel.
