Incoming Transmission SENDER: Commodore Christopher Edwards RECIPIENT: Fifth Fleet Admiralty eyes only LOCATION: Akhetaten, New York system ENCRYPTION: Omega SUBJECT: A possible cooperation PRIORITY: High Beginning Video Feed Good afternoon Admiralty, There is a matter regarding a specific secondary fleet Order vessel that requires your attention. Since the discovery of Omicron Nu it has been a.. 'known secret' that the Akhetaten had spent a great amount of time being deployed there, ranging to about two months of deployment. During our time of deployment at Omicron Nu we came across many different ships belonging to different groups, some of which belonged to the Order. One of those ships, a rather notable case, was the Unto Nightfall, a Resheph-class reconnaissance cruiser.
The Unto Nightfall was sighted at Omicron Nu multiple times, some of them operating alone and some of them operating with other vessels of the Overwatch. The cruiser is commanded by Captain Hawkins, a rather dependable commanding officer that has shown a clear sign of not engaging against Libertonian forces unless provoked. During our time in Omicron Nu, the Akhetaten had fought side-by-side with the Unto Nightfall multiple times against Nomadic forces that appeared regularly in the system, as well as other entities that were common threats to the interests of Liberty and the Order. Captain Hawkins has proven multiple times that she is not only on a 'cease-fire' towards the Libertonian forces, but she also is a valuable asset when it comes to countering the Nomad threat. Lets not forget the various times Nomads have been sighted in Liberty the past few months. During the more 'recent' events occurring in Coronado, the Akhetaten was once again stationed there to oversee the Auxesian operations and make sure that their influence in the system as well as their threat to the Crayterian installations is kept low. On our time there, we heard various rumors that the Auxesians have been allying with Nomad forces while attacking Crayterian assets, something which during our deployment we haven't been able to confirm so far. We also came across an unexpected surprise, the Unto Nightfall which is now apparently stationed in the immediate area around Coronado as well. Captain Hawkins has already assisted us against the Auxesian forces when just a few days ago we were engaged by an Insurgency Battlecruiser that was assisted by two Auxesian snubcraft that were later on joined by two Coalition snubcraft. The Unto Nightfall decloaked in the vicinity and engaged the smaller craft that were attacking the Akhetaten, a move that helped us take down the Insurgency Battlecruiser and survive. Attaching relevant information based on this incident below, as was recorded by me on the Akhetaten's logs. Unfortunately I couldn't find any documentation on the encounters at Nu that I referred to above, but you can trust me that I did not make them up. Getting on to the subject at hand, Captain Hawkins has contacted me after a recent discussion we had at Coronado just yesterday. I have reason to believe that Hawkins may have valuable data on the Auxesians that we could use to further enforce the statements that they are working with the Nomads. I requested that Hawkins forwards any data relevant to the Auxesians that she acquires and in return I would forward any data the Akhetaten acquires on Nomads within Liberty, to her. Of course, we did not sign any deals about what's mentioned above as I was unwilling to agree without informing the Admiralty first and requesting for approval. Hawkins informed me via a communication that her superiors have accepted the terms I suggested. More specifically, I will be listing the terms her superiors are willing to accept. She also informed me that her superiors are interested in expanding our 'local' cooperation to a wider cooperation between the Section 8, the unit Hawkins serves in, and the Fifth Fleet in the future. That is all, Command, I will be awaiting for your response on the matter. With regards. ![]() Commodore Christopher Edwards

Encryption: Unbreakable ![]() ID: Fleet Admiral Sophia Cleveland Recipient: Commodore Christopher Edwards Good Day, Commodore. Excuse my late response on that matter, but I needed some time to think about it. The Order was always reliable friends of the Fleet and assisted us, and Liberty several times in the last decades, even if people won't admit it. However, our deals are only with the Overwatch, as you know. Pilots and Agents not belonging to the Overwatch caused us many problems in the last years. From attacks on the Navy to the assistance of our enemies. I hope you understand my point here and that I can't trust people I don't know. First time I hear about Section 8 if I am honest. The fact that an aspiring command officer can show initiative by creating ties to new organizations is honorable and makes me proud, but perhaps in the future earlier notification would be appreciated. Nonetheless, to get to know this so-called Section 8 better, I would appreciate a meeting with them. To not run into a possible trap, I would like the Akhetaten to escort the Hornet to the rendezvous point. However, I will leave it up to you, Commodore, to organize such. Most importantly, the crew of both ships is ordered to keep this top secret to not cause any trouble within the Navy and especially with the Security Force. We don't need them sniffing around in our deals again. I am awaiting your response. Incoming Transmission SENDER: Commodore Christopher Edwards RECIPIENT: Fleet Admiral Sophia Cleveland LOCATION: Akhetaten, New York system ENCRYPTION: Omega SUBJECT: A possible cooperation PRIORITY: High Beginning Video Feed Good afternoon Fleet Admiral, The delay on the response is perfectly understandable, Admiral, I did not expect anything faster. I have to admit I am aware of our Fleet's relations with the Order Overwatch as I've spent a respectable amount of time with their operatives over the years, before the Akhetaten was even part of the Fifth Fleet might I add. While it is true that the rest of the Order hasn't shown the same friendliness towards the Navy, I have to admit that Hawkins' behavior surprised me. The Unto Nightfall, as far as relationships with the Order are concerned, can be considered a vessel of the Overwatch.
That being out of the way, I do have to apologize for not notifying the Command of these occurrences earlier. The Akhetaten's meetings with the Unto Nightfall were always random and served no purpose, so I never viewed the matter as something important enough to reach Command's ears until Captain Hawkins informed me that her higher ups wish to cooperate with assets of the Fifth Fleet. I appreciate your interest towards the matter, Admiral, and it brought me great happiness that this communication attracted your attention. The Akhetaten can and will escort your flagship from Norfolk shipyard to the rendezvous point that will be chosen later today as I want this meeting done the soonest possible. I, of course, understand that what we are discussing is highly confidential and the entire operation will remain between myself, you and our ship's crews. That being out of the way, I will be responding to Captain Hawkins' communication and letting her know that we wish to meet with her later today. In the meantime, a secure channel will be established where you will be informed of the time and location of the meeting. That will be all, Admiral, this frequency will be left open for the rest of the day in case you want a different matter analyzed before the meeting. With regards. ![]() Commodore Christopher Edwards
