We have delivered 2920 Blackmarket Light Arms and around 2500 Military Vehicles. Everything has been unloaded by a logistical team at the Kyoto base.

Now for the hunting service. We will gladly help you to get rid of those so-called "authorities" who have dishonored me and my people now plenty of times. Our usual contract rates are 5'000'000 Million Sirius credits for small fighter crafts and 10'000'000 for anything bigger than a Gunboat or Gunship. But I intend to build a friendship here and not a regular contractor and employer business. We would charge you a basic fee of 1'000'000 S.C for all kills confirmed by us. This rate would be so we can afford maintenance and repairs. If you want us to hunt Capital assets, we can do that too but only with the help of your own capital ships as we sadly do not possess any so far. Else we would gladly take care of all of these struggles that are in your way.

We will gladly offer our services for the told rates against the "officials" of Kusari, but I do have to say that our capabilities are limited for now. As you know we also help maquis against their enemies, so we would like to get Kusari intelligence and Samura as our top priorities. As our tactics are currently cutting the supply lines would be most efficient to slow down their own maintenance of warships and even smaller fighter crafts. So I think that you could find this fitting as well.

As for the supply chain of your own troops and capital assets, please just send a message to us as we usually don't just deliver materials that are unnecessary. It would be great if you could come up with the buying costs of said resources. I would not like to charge you any extra for the time being as I think that we could both benefit from that.

Furthermore, we would like to keep this channel open as a contract fullfiltment channel for deliveries and confirmed kills. We may want to open a more official diplomacy channel once we have succeeded in your tests.
