So it's come to my attention that my Right Hand Man - Dutch recently had a little encounter with you Ladies in the OS&C|One-Neo.Ryuujin - a Kusari Train.

Needless to say he passed on your displeasure about the unregistered engines, as I'm sure he mentioned I'm the registered owner of the ship.

So Ladies can we proceed to register then , I assume their a registration fee of sorts?

Dutch and I Preferably would really prefer to not to get blown up or worse - god forbid - end up on your Scary side.

The sisters did indeed inform you of this requirement. These engines are of a brand new design and production is still expanding, hence the need for them to be properly licensed for use outside of the sisterhood and it's close allies.

A simple fee of 15 million S.C. to be wired to GC-Gishi is required. Please attach proof of this transaction to your reply and your license will be added to our databases.

Please do understand that this is not a free pass through Kusari, and tariffs will likely still be levied if that ship is seen transporting goods that favor the Kusarian Government. However these will be reduced as no fines for illegal engines will compound them.
