Hello Admin - Bellepheron - 05-19-2021

Sirs
I ask this query in case I have errored in some way. My ship OSI-Sekhmet was docked on my base in Om3 and was loaded with 2769 units of cobalt ore and 1485 units of silver ore. I undocked to find my self on stuck and frozen. After a 5 minute wait and no change I logged out then in again to find myself empty and on FP1. I returned to my base to find my cobalt and silver were no longer there so it was clear that I had loaded them onto my ship but have now vanished. I appreciate that strange things could happen and if fault has occurred I will put it down to an internet malfunction.
Thank you for your time.

Do you have ping issues?

Thanks for the reply and yes I do. While I do have broadband here the best on offer is download of 1.2 Mbps and upload 0.3 Mbps so yes I get lots of internet issues. I shall write it down to that. Thanks

This seems like a ping glitch for me. Literally, it's happening when a packet is lost. On your client-side, you have sold the ore but the server didn't receive confirmation. The same happens sometimes to people's equipment during transfer.

I'm not an admin, but from my experience with bad internet - there is no solution for that. Tho, using Google DNS or Latency Fix - it may help a little. Your firewall may be a reason as well: try to either disable it or add freelancer.exe into exceptions
