It is my pleasure to introduce myself to you directly. I am Commander Stormpilot, the founder of LemonLyman Interstellar. From reports that I have received, I've learned that you took charge of an unstable situation regarding a Samura-embedded transport pilot of ours, as well as took excellent care to ensure that he reached his destination. I hope in the future I will have an opportunity to repay the kindness.

The situation I'm sure seems strange, however this actually is not the first encounter that my organization has had with the Dragons or the Chrysanthemums. Early last month, a Gen'an pilot intercepted two of my covert LuxTravel liners flying commodities through Kusari space. After reading through the reports of the encounter, I decided to fly out with a shipment of Military Vehicles in the hopes of establishing relations with the BD and GC. I was found by Miyazaki Yuyuko and Yunoki Misaki, who assisted me with transporting the Vehicles to Tomioka. Yuyuko-san also was able to go into excellent detail of the Dragons' history, and endeared me to your cause. Your kindness to our pilot, a man who we found in deep personal crisis, has also served to fortify my interest.

The name of my organization may seem... unorthodox... to some, but such a position works in my favor. LLI has contacts in mining and transportation in almost every House, which makes revenue easy to come by. This puts us in a position to transport supplies without worrying about profit margins. My pilot was correct in that rumors are growing about an impending war between Kusari and Liberty. In response to these rumors, we've embedded workers within Samura in order to ensure the flow of resources will continue where needed. There's no need for civilians to suffer due to overinflated military egos fighting for the wrong causes. I hope that we might be able to come to an understanding or arrangement for the safe passage of LLI-contracted pilots, including, but not limited to, a business arrangement of our own.
