To the board of directors of -Interspace Commerce- and it's -Neural network division-.
We are the Transhuman arm of the Consortium Legion. We are the future of the place known as -Kusari-. And we are aware of you and your presance there and throughout Sirius. We aware that you provide a degree of support by way of your actions to the -Kusari- empire and it's affiliates. We are aware that many hard-line Kusari conservatives are unsupportive and hostile to you, and any other foriegn shipping, and would love nothing more then to see you fail. We are also aware that you have shown a degree of support to the -Golden Chrysanthemums- revolutionary movement, and directly profit off of their actions (or inactions).
The latter value is the reason by which we have not taken your assets forcibly.
We are close allies of the Sisterhood and our goals are similar to an extent... We seek the removal of the Kusari empire through direct military force and control of it's industry, military, and natural resources. We are content to allow the GC full territorial soviergnty and are willing to negotiate deals with outside interests like yours following the takeover.
It occurs to us that IND has significant financial and economic strength, and is attemtping to strengthen it's position in Kusari. Therefore, we can both benifit one another from mutual assistance...
Simply put, we wish to discuss a long-term investment deal between Interspace Commerce and the Sirius Consortium with regards to the Conversion of Kusari to our mutual ends. Obviously, it would be detrimental if word of your support to us, or our very existance were to come to light, so we must conduct our agreement secretly.
We would like to discuss the terms of an agreement between our two factions, but due to security reasons, this must happen directly. Your facility in Okinawa would be the ideal meeting place. We have forces nearby, and you control the area. If you would be willing to send an ambassador entity there, we will send our own representative to discuss the possibilities for some sort of deal.
I would think that the long term benefits to be gained from this alligance would far outweigh the cost. We will listen to your reply from the void. Farewell...
