Permit me to introduce ourselves: We're a bunch of raiders, slavers, dirty ne'er-do-wells eager for a bloody feast and the occasional big bucks. Short, we're the Blood Raiders. Didn't hear of us yet, eh? Well, we respect borders. Usually. Means venturing too deep into your turf isn't our daily biz.
Let me get down to why we contact you though. Your fine tech interests us. Namely this spawn of hell you refer to as 'Barghest'. Nasty, nasty things. We'd want just two of them, seeing for ourselves if their reputation stands its ground in action, you get the idea. Make us an offer, what'll cost for a small bunch of piracy friends to obtain them?

As a representative of the cutting edge up and coming Liberty Rogue pack - the Liberty Raiders I say we don't share technology lightly, our rapid expansion needs all the ships we can get. And also - why the hell would we arm our competition.
Perhaps the arthritis ridden grandfather pack "The Rogues" that I am not biased against at all just because they kicked me out have some old Barghests lying around - you are best off contacting them semi-retired geezers directly instead of all of us Liberty Rogues, whoever you are.
