No. It is not getting added, and never will. As a basis for a design it might have limited use, but nothing further.
Also, the carrier was an interim model at best, and never was intended as a final.

Also if you notice. All if not most imported ships from 4.84 are no longer there.
The removal of all imports was said in the release of 4.85 which it has. There are from what I've seen no more imports left.

There are quite a few left, but most are low-end ships. Like the Kushan line.
But, yeah, no more imports. This mod is at the point of being able to be it's own thing entirely, and I for one would love to see that happen.

The ships in Disco that are imported from other universes etc (BSG ships, Homeworld ships etc) were put there as both placeholders and also during Discovery's younger years.
Now it's bigger and can stand on it's own two feet.
All the capital ship imports have been replaced, save 2/3 in active use.
A few fighter/bomber imports remain but they too are going to be replaced asap.
