I am Tyrone Harrison, CEO of Team Convoy Logistics,

My communication today is to ask if you would be able to escort or help out our operatives, if they encounter any trouble within Liberty. I do understand that as a Naval Fleet you are bound by Liberty Law to protect all civillians and to protect us from any hostile developments within your region of operation.

In return for basically keeping an eye out, and also helping my operatives to complete their deliveries succesfully, I will offer Team Convoy's help in securing any materials that you require outside of Liberty that your operatives cannot obtain normally.

I do hope we can discuss this matter in a little bit more detail, so that we can help each other out.
