No. You can’t play Freelancer on your iPhone/iPad.

The OS arch of macos and linux are fairly similar so you should be able to follow the guides for linux. I never managed to get it working right though so I just dualboot. You can probably try that as well.

Poke me in Discord, I will drop you my guide and let's see if it work for you. Wine and PlayOnMac still working on Big Sur, as far as I know. Would be quite an experience for me as well
