My name is Anna Aurelia. I own the following ship named: ''New-Horizon''. It is a liner equiped with a cloaking device and the reasons are many, but I will just say the two principal ones. To begin with, it is a mobile laboratory. So to avoid curious, it is a good thing and also, it avoids unwanted meetings. For the second reason, it is the unique one from its generation. It would be a shame to get trouble if the ''New-Horizon'' was spotted in possession of that kind of technology.

During my last visit within your territories, I met someone from the.. Shimamori clan. He explained to me that cloaking devices are prohibited within your spaces. I wanted to know why it is prohibited and if there is a possibility to allow such device on my liner.
