[FLHook] POBs think players in other systems attacking them - Karlotta - 10-31-2021

Bug: POBs raise shields and say a player that is no where near them is attacking them, apparently after being hit by NPC shots
====================

It happened 2 times in the last couple days that I was near a POB (one time in odelta, one time in london) that got hit by NPC or NPC base fire (the NPCs were trying to hit either me or other NPCs), and the POB raised its shield and there was a message that a player in another system was attacking it.

Happens a lot. Usually it is Fortisec base that comes up as being attacked in New London.

Sounds like a hash collision issue, afraid there's not much to be done except for requesting an admin edit of the internal POB name should something like that happen.
Closing as unfixable.
