Bonjour Monsieur,
We met across Tau-37 earlier this day and had a quick chat regarding Planet Metz current situation.
Even though I am not into "causes" I still took time to read these information you gave me and well... I find your ideas quite exciting.
Thought I understood food is highly required for the Messins ("Feed me and I will follow you" something like that right?), which I will deliver at the desired time, I was wondering if your group of friends would be interested with some special toys I have in my possession.
You see, during a trip to Rheinland I came across some modified ammunition that, I presume, should bring more spice to your upcoming party.
Let me know if your organization could be interested and I will give you more details.
Merci monsieur,
Taylor Enclain

You know, there was a time not so long ago when I loathed the complete lack conviction and ideals of your kind. You all seem like our own Corsicans, looking after themselves and their own profits. It seems like not only will freelancers like you sell your mother to make a deal, you'd send her C.O.D.
Alas, we have learned from our predecessors, we are alone and the only real opposition to the Gallic Union fascists and we have no choice but to tolerate people that see money, not conviction as the only thing that matters in life. Lucky for you, for there are profits to be made.
Weaponry
We are most interested in any and all ammunitions, especially for large, very large and both rusting and underarmed vessels. What quantities of said munitions would, say, 50,000,000 buy us to be delivered to Roussillon?
Food suppllies
By the putain cargo you were hauling (that you, for your own interest, should keep out of Gallia) someting tells me you don't care about being a good samaritan. Know that there will be money to be made however.
When? 6-7th November
Where? On Planet Metz, pickup at a Sirian Freeport in Bretonia
You will be paid both by the unit and the best of Sirian haulers will get a little extra from the Front. I am sure that a man of your . . . deep morals will care not about a little fighting going around you.
Look for an announcement that will come out in a few days' time, and please - let me know the ammunition details.

Monsieur Boucher,
Quite a vehement answer towards someone that is willing to help that cause, isn't it ? While I can comprehend your stance regarding the people you described, did you ask yourself the why ?
Why some people only focus only on their self-interest ? Why aren't they defending a greater cause than themselves ?
A lot of reasons push people to behave like I do, mostly greediness I agree, but it doesn't apply to everyone. Maybe one day I will be able to enlight you more on why I am what I am.
But in the meantime, Oui, let's focus on the few interests we share:
Weaponry
I came across military class type Missiles, Mines, Ammunition and Countermeasure from Daumann finest armories. They've been modified by Junker experts to ensure an easier installation and a reliable use on your Gallic ships.
They're delivered in containers, which content can be customized if you're only interested in missiles and mines for instance.
For 50M you can expect the delivery of 10000 containers at your location in Rousillon.
Prior to conclude our deal, I am willing to deliver a sample to your engineering teams, so that they assess their quality and drive the better choice for your fleet.
Rest assured these are just the tip of the iceberg. I have in possession some other weaponry, known as CODENAME, but dealing them requires we strengthen our relationship first. They're not the usual toys to play with.
Food supplies
If we get an agreement for these little gadgets described above, the food supplies will be offered. My vessel can bring up to 2600 food containers, several runs can be made.
The When and Where are acceptable. Does the Messins you're going to freed have any taste preference ?
You see ? Seems that the the freelancer I am isn't that heartless afterwards.
Merci monsieur,
Taylor Enclain

50,000,000 wired - we do not have exactly time to sample munitions now. Soon we will need all we can get our hands on after current projects near completion. Deliver the 10,000 boxes to Roussillon, our people will be waiting for you to take you to our lbattleship supporting installation, The Caussade Depot. Please send proofs here once done - with current hectic situation on multiple fronts it will be difficult to track who delivered what.
Food supplies to Metz
Details are here - come this Weekend Sirian haulers shall show the starving common people of planet Metz that they can do without the xenophobic Gallic Union, and that not all Sirians are the war mongering devils the military state paints them as. The specific details will be revealed before then. Our units will do our best to make space for you.
Good luck, and once your contract is finished we can talk about those code weapons or even acquiring more supplies!

Monsieur Boucher,
The munitions have been delivered to your fellow companions, proofs attached below.
I took the opportunity to discuss with your local commodity trader (Monsieur Aubert Pelland) and we came to a price agreement for regular deliveries. We just need your approval to start proceeding them, on a weekly basis, as these containers "production rate" depends on some.. Daumann malfunctions, I'm sure you'll understand.
I also want to highlight a captivating encounter in your, I have to admit, absolutely gorgeous system.
You see, I kinda felt distressed witnessing the emptiness of my cargo haul while I was planning my way back from Roussillon. Lucky I was to meet some of your Brigands acquaintance, so caring about my mood that they invited me to their Montauban base.
And what a putain de cargo I found there: NOX ! Such a sweet spice dealt freely in your own system ! Thinking again of your fierceness against this other putain de cargo I was carrying in the Taus when we met...
Seems the cargo is mostly putain if it comes from Omicrons, isn't it?
Anyway, I'm sure you won't mind if I help preserving the health of your dear people by carrying away from Gallia some of this precious aroma?
As for our little Metz cookery celebration, all clear. I shall see you in space in a few days.
Merci monsieur,
Taylor Enclain

Don't get me wrong - I don't care what cargo or drugs the Sirians partake in. Feel free to do whatever you want outside of Gallia. Nox is very popular indeed and great source of income for us.
Deliveries Soon we will need massive quantities of supplies, we might test your ability very soon.
Right now we need you to look at the Published information:
And extra rewards:
We will track the deliveries, prove to us you helped in a big way and more contracts will land your way!

Monsieur Boucher,
You were right, there is mass money to be made. I wouldn't believe making that much green from carrying Food rations one day. Deliveries are still on going.
Another thing, I could witness damages made on people of Metz, from the starvation and the fights currently happening down there and I... can't really believe I'm proposing that but... my ship can be easily and quickly re arranged to carry people in suitable conditions. If needed I can help evacuating the wounded.
The vision of the suffering are reminding me hurtful memories. Let's be clear, it doesn't mean I'm siding to your cause non, it's just that... I don't know. I'm not the samaritain type of but it seems I still have some compassion sense ticking.
Anyway you'll let me know.

You are not a Samaritan? Good to hear. There is a lot of profit to be made.
Thruth is, we never gave a single crap about the people of Metz. They were Royalist supporters, it is their and Duchy's fault that the Confederacy whored themselves away with the Royalists and turned on us. We just needed the Union think we care. And we needed to keep you Sirian haulers motivated so the Gallic Navy take our so called "uprising" seriously.
We had business elsewhere, business we planned for an entire year. Business that was a roaring success, admittedly at the cost of many Maquisard lives in the Lorraine diversion. But without sacrifices there are no gains. Glad to hear you made it out of there after we abandoned Lorraine and the Gallic Navy brought their entire armada - you are indeed skilled.
Fuck the people of Metz, let them tear themselves apart. I am telling you this because I have seen what you haul, I trust in your capabilities and discreetness.
More business
Now. You've done well, let's see if you can keep doing well.
We have husks of large vessels coming our way to Roussillon from Champagne. It will take a couple months to move the scattered half taken apart Battleship husks to Roussillon. But when they get there we need to scramble to hastily put them together. Now we have already had various sirian groups assist us and haul massive quantities of supplies that are at the ready, but we always need more because of our Champagne operation success due to the Lorraine bait the Navy ate up.
Many of the ships we have taken and are en route were deeper in the process of being scrapped that we expected. I have wired you 100,000,000 credits. We need anything that can patch up large ships and make them operational. I am talking Ship hull panels, ablative plating, anything we can hastily patch a half taken apart battleship with. Deliver it to Caussade Depot and provide proofs here.
Surprise us, large variety is good Enclain. Keep doing as well as you have been doing and there might be more money coming your way.

Lionel Boucher

Monsieur Boucher,
I can't believe it my good lord... HOW SENTIMENTAL YOU GOT ME FOR THIS ! You even made me offer you some humanitarian aid, what the hell happened to me.
You hide your game very well and got me like a beginner, Bravo Monsieur. Guess the sole lure of massive benefits would have been enough to bring me in. Nevertheless I can't really complain looking at that amount of credits your little trickery brought me.
I'm also glad to see that your group of gentlemen seems smarter than most of the "cause people" I could met. Their thirst for vengeance, violence and destruction inevitably lead them to their premature death. Never been able to bring into fruition any constructive relationship with them. Maybe this time it will be different ?
Anyway, I'm not surprised such requirements are coming from you, after all these passionate dances you had with your beloved compatriots in Lorraine. 4300 units of Ship Hull Panels were already delivered to your comfy nest, proofs attached. More sexy stuff is to come for sure.
In the meantime, guess I will give a try to these fancy Gallic beverages I can see on Caussade's bar behind me.
Merci monsieur,
Taylor Enclain

Monsieur Boucher,
Loads of equipment and supplies have been delivered to Caussade. I've made a bit of research and I'm sure you'll find a good use of what your good Sirian hauler is bringing you. But that's not the best.
I begin to feel more comfortable with this Samaritain role you know ?
I was flying around Gallia trying to find more profitable routes for NOX, when I detected pods' distress signals near Herault Ice Asteroild field in Languedoc. What an horror to see these 9 souls wandering into the void. After a quick scan to check their IDs, I for sure immediately rescued them.
It was a pleasure to meet this fine band of gentlemen that, I believe, would suit very much to your Gallic parties in Caussade. Needless to say they knew what was waiting for them while disembarking from my ship, you guys know how to welcome friends!
My scans also revealed Brigands engine signature at pods' the location, I assume they're responsible for this... as well as overpricing NOX at Montauban Base, god! Would you have any knowledge of a contact or a place with reduced... acquiring costs?
Merci monsieur,
Taylor Enclain
