I cannot see any distances when undocked. Any easier ideas than a fresh install?

Check if fonts are installed
May need to play with hudshift

Thanks for the quick supply.
Hudshift I used years ago to drill freelancer onto 16:10 with my old display. I think next weekend i try a fresh install. I dunno about the fonts. Maybe I installed some years ago.

This usually happens when running the game in 2k or 4k. What's your resolution? I have a modified fonts file for 4k that you can just copy into your game folder. For 2k you will need to experiment with a few values in the fonts.ini file.

Here is the link to the modified file, click "download" and put it in Discovery/Data/Fonts.
