Subject: Trety of Rishiri adjustment: involving ALG Waste Disposal
Bonjour to representatives of all listed parties,
After agreeing amendments to the Treaty of Rishiri (see attached file), the Gallic Union notifies the EFL Oil & Machinery that from now on their main concern will be the recycling of Gallic wrecks left after the conflict between Kusari and Gallia. ALG Waste Disposal is invited to seize and recycle the Kusari wrecks (this also means an automatic mining license for Military Salvage under §4.1 of the Gallic Laws).
Briancon Station in Languedoc as well as Bourg-en-Bresse Space Port in Burgundy will be used as sorting stations for recovered debris, after which each corporation will transport it to a suitable station for the project or have it recycled locally. If the Reformed Empire of Kusari wish to offer a recycling station for ALG on their premises, please do so.

On behalf of the board of directors, ALG welcomes this development. It had been an unfortunate circumstance that our expertise was passed over when the cleanup contracts were initialized, one that regrettably delayed action in dealing with the hazard situation that had been created.
We are preparing the standard forms for derelict seizures for both governments, which should address the intellectual property rights regarding restricted military technology. This is expected to be no more than a formality.
In the meantime, I am setting schedules for transfer of scrapping assets from other parts of Sirius to commence the operation.

Due to the sensitive nature of the matter at hand, the representative role of the Kusari Empire was transferred to me.
We will await the formalization of this business contract, Miss Hornik.
Regardless, the Empire of Kusari has already chosen a designated station for all salvage to arrive to: Yokohama Shipyard in the New Tokyo system.
Due to the potential strain of ALG's own logistical assets, both Keiretsu will assist ALG Waste Disposal through two transfer stations: Shinkaku Station in Tau-29 and Asahikawa Outpost in Tau-53. Two routes for debris to travel through Gallia may serve to reduce the risk of potential raiders trying to get a hold on such valuable resources - although we know that our Gallic neighbors will have no issues deterring their local share of pests. Consider it a mere pre-caution, same as the plan for the further travel of the debris through our realms.
Naval Forces vessels of the 99th Advanced Battlegroup, as well as the 5th Major Fleet will schedule meet-ups with ALG & Keiretsu vessels coming through the Orkney - Tau-31 corridor. Vessels from the 1st Major Fleet, as well as KSP units, will schedule meet-ups with ALG & Keiretsu vessels coming from Lorraine. All salvage carrying vessels will be escorted up to Yokohama Shipyard and back to the Gallic border.
