. User ID: Bristol_Constructions_Billing Recipient: 46th Subject: Invoice#0344198 . Good day, this is an automated message informing you about one outstanding invoice with Bristol Constructions. - This invoice has been caught by the illegal interruption of Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing operations within the New York system. A black ops pilot has interrupted our Chief of Operations, Jaina Wheeler as well as our heavy escort craft the BCV Milwaukee. The pilot stopped the vehicles on the mere ground that they were of Rheinland origin. We're willing to waive racial profiling prosecution on good faith that the pilot will be properly prosecuted internally and to ensure quick process. The interruption has caused the loss of a large contract due to missing of the meeting. Authorized, Head of legal, Mark Johnson
Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing thanks you for the business. End of message. Transmission Ends

Mark Johnson,
First of all I would like to express our deepest appreciations for your feedback. The Liberty Navy 46th Fleet thrives on suggestions for improvement by civilian members of society. I must confess that you have presented us with a deeply intriguing philosophical topic. Can technology be considered a race and therefore someone be persecuted for racially profiling against a piece of technology? Should machines that are not self-aware themselves be considered with the same respect we treat living persons with? Captivating dilemma you have presented us with here Mark. We have already contacted various scientific institutions to assess your suggestions, and out internal investigation will begin shortly. For completeness before we proceed, please provide me with the account of your choosing where reparations will be delivered to, should our internal investigation result in granting such. Yours faithfully, Agatha King Officer of the Department of the Navy civilian complaints Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Important: This communication remains the property of the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet sender and is not to be passed on to anyone outside of this transmission. RE: To: 46th - Liberty Navy 46th Fleet - 01-03-2022 Official Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: Normal - Recipient Only Sender Name: Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith Recipient: Mark Johnson, Head of Legal, Bristol Constructions Mister Johnson, Thank you for contacting the 46th Fleet, Liberty Navy. I'm Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith, the Fleet second-in-command. You must excuse Ms. King's rather abrupt response to your communication. She will be duly reprimanded for not following proper protocol with regards to your automated message. Now, to the matter at hand. I will be frank and to the point, you have sent an invoice for, what, exactly? Slightly more concerning, is the fact you have done so without providing any black-box recordings of either vessels, comprising of Ms. Wheeler and the Mikwaukee, where you claim that an "illegal" stopping of the aforementioned ships took place. I would be remiss if I did not advise you to check your systems. They are either at fault, or perhaps even not setup sufficiently for the task-at-hand. On receipt of the requested evidence, I will personally investigate and cordially get back to you at the earliest convenience. Yours faithfully, Martin Kemp-Smith Admiral Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Important: This communication remains the property of the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet sender and is not to be passed on to anyone outside of this transmission. Everything seems to be in order with regards to Bravo-1, whose identity will remain anonymous at this time until there is a legitimate reason to reveal such information. I can see nothing from the logs provided that would suggest that Bravo-1 made an illegal stop, as you put it. The requested actions of the pilot, and subsequent line of questioning is deemed appropriate and would be considered proper in the execution of their duties. As such, your request for payment via invoice is hereby denied, in its entirety. It is my sincere hope that similar matters of this nature is not raised again, unless there is a legitimate concern regarding conduct of Officers of the 46th. The Liberty Navy is not in the business of anything other than the protection of Liberty, her citizens, corporations and interests alike.
