Well, I am nobody to talk, but people tend to go for some kind of visual formatting in their RP posts, and while it is not a neccessity it certainly adds a bit of flair to the post. Waiting for more point of view 1st person bits, they add to the character quite a bit. Also, looking forward to meeting Arin in-game, good luck with development!
